Very nice house in a great location. The room was very clean. The house owner doesn't speak English, but that wasn't a problem for us. There is a person who speaks English and you can contact with her any questions you may have. The owner of the house serves an excellent breakfast every morning on the terrace with a very nice view. The house is in a very good location to visit the most beautiful places in the Marche region. We highly recommend visiting Offida, Ripatransone, Petritoli, Grottammare Alta, Torre di Palme, Ascoli Piceno.

Very nice- clean and quiet place. Everything on highest level. Modern italian Style- very comfortable. The guest House is perfect to explore the Centro Storico of Offida by foot. Parking directly in the opposite- also a good bar for breakfast 50 meters round the corner. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. They have also a restaurant downhill where you can have a nice Dinner. All in all 10 Stars and Highly recommended!

Offida is indeed a beautiful medieval city.

Offida is indeed a beautiful medieval city. The cuisine and local wine are quite delicious. I found the locals to be friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend Offida to anyone visiting the Marche region.

Unfortunately I had a damaged knee so the 2 flights of stairs up to the room were difficult. Offida a very pleasant village, again, the cobbles on hilly ground made walking very difficult for me. And at 91 and 80 I don't think we could possibly be described as a "young couple"!! We went to a couple of good restaurants, good food, cheaper than at home in Spain. We had come for my son's wedding and the various villages we were taken to were very pleasant. We will not return, but that is not because of any faults, simply that our travelling days are now over,

The location is perfect — tucked away from the Adriatic Sea and not too far from Offida. It’s ideal if you’re looking for peace and quiet to recharge, away from the city and everyday stress. The staff on site were welcoming and friendly — always smiling and available if any issues came up. The pool is a real highlight, and being able to relax on the upper terrace while enjoying a beautiful sunny evening was a lovely bonus.

It's the perfect place to stay if you're visiting Offida; in its own little piazza with the main piazza less than a minute from the front door. Not only was it spotless, the interior design is beautiful. There's a balcony off one bedroom with wonderful views, and a little garden downstairs, off the kitchen, for when you want to be outside, but at home. The hosts are wonderful and very helpful.

We had the most wonderful stay. The property is perfection. We are a family of 6 and all of us errr just blown away with every aspect of this stay. So grateful, beautiful breakfast, rooms are pristine and comfortable. Close to the town of Offida which is so special, The views and vibes of this area and home are unrivalled.
