Excellent breakfast with plenty of options (local cheeses, home-made cakes) and good coffee. Very helpful staff. Great view out of our window to the Opi village. Covered parking guarded by cats.

Perfect location, 5 mins away from centre of Pescasseroli and the start of many hiking routes in the area. Breakfast was traditional and fresh every day, Gianluca and team were super lovely. They were kind, helpful and endlessly considerate, perfect hosts. I felt very safe as a young solo female traveller, and although my Italian isn't great Gianluca always made sure I was okay.

Spotless clean Hotel and room, very close to the centre with very polite and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend it :).

The owner and the staffs are very polite, accommodating, kind and welcoming. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The pillows, bed covers, mattresses, towels and every corner of the room were very clean. There is also a small fridge and a big closet inside the room with many power outlets available. The whole area is very peaceful, organized and relaxing, specially in the evening. The breakfast is very good, lot of choices for beverage and food for free breakfast. They have also available dinner at their restaurant inside the hotel. We enjoyed staying there. Looking for our next vacation in winter.

This historic home is a beautiful place to stay in San Donato! Roberta and her best friend Bartolomeo took very good care of us! The restaurant serves a very nice dinner and breakfast. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

How very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff were despite it being a very busy night in restaurant. As a solo female traveller I felt safe and well looked after. They went the extra mile to help me out.

We were very happy to stay in this hotel, we felt very welcomed in this friendly hotel with very kind staff. We appreciated how warm and cosy the room was when the weather was a little cold, and it was easy to control the temperature yourself. Breakfast selection was excellent and we always managed to find a place to park nearby. We would definitely recommend others to stay here.

The hotel is very well situated, central but quiet position, close to nature and close to everything you may need. The hotel and the room very clean and comfortable, spacious enough. Very good breakfast and dinner (if you order dinner in advance). What is most important - the staff always helpful and very kind. I would return to this hotel with pleasure.

The location is optimal right in the historic part of the town. The breakfast was mainly typical Italian sweet breakfast with 8!!! different “torta” and good coffee.

Wonderful pensione and beautiful and friendly staff . From the time we booked till we checked out of the property, Ida and her dad were always in touch and attentive to our needs. The room was spotless, the linen was fresh and the room was cleaned everyday. The Pensione is right in the center of Pescasseroli and is a short walk from grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants. Thanks for moving your car everyday to allow us to park in the adjacent car park. We really appreciate it. 🙏 Ciao and hope to return someday.

Great location for a few days in nature, close to the many trails of the Abruzzo national park. Nice, clean room, good breakfast. Thank you for all the tips on where to go hiking and what to see in the area!
