Great location with nature surrounding , very kind and considerate staff, very good value, pet friendly!

The host made our stay in Opi so enjoyable with all the trips and info he offered. We loved the location in the town and easy access to the national park trails nearby.

Excellent breakfast with plenty of options (local cheeses, home-made cakes) and good coffee. Very helpful staff. Great view out of our window to the Opi village. Covered parking guarded by cats.

Perfect location, 5 mins away from centre of Pescasseroli and the start of many hiking routes in the area. Breakfast was traditional and fresh every day, Gianluca and team were super lovely. They were kind, helpful and endlessly considerate, perfect hosts. I felt very safe as a young solo female traveller, and although my Italian isn't great Gianluca always made sure I was okay.

Spotless clean Hotel and room, very close to the centre with very polite and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend it :).

The staff were very friendly and helpful. For example when we were just having a well-deserved beer after a long hike, we were offered special little cakes made "in house" - for free! The location is good, a little way out of the main town which can be very busy. The car parking is good. We were able to borrow an umbrella for a walk to town - a welcome service!

The hotel staff is very nice and it is located in the upper side of the town with amazing views. The room was clean and comfortable. Our dog was welcomed and we had a great stay with my family.

This historic home is a beautiful place to stay in San Donato! Roberta and her best friend Bartolomeo took very good care of us! The restaurant serves a very nice dinner and breakfast. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

How very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff were despite it being a very busy night in restaurant. As a solo female traveller I felt safe and well looked after. They went the extra mile to help me out.

We were very happy to stay in this hotel, we felt very welcomed in this friendly hotel with very kind staff. We appreciated how warm and cosy the room was when the weather was a little cold, and it was easy to control the temperature yourself. Breakfast selection was excellent and we always managed to find a place to park nearby. We would definitely recommend others to stay here.

Perfect location within walking distance to the town centre and very close to the sky slopes. The hotel has also a shuttle service to the sky resort , only a 5 minutes ride. Staff very friendly and helpful. The spa was very nice too and also the staff working there.

The location is optimal right in the historic part of the town. The breakfast was mainly typical Italian sweet breakfast with 8!!! different “torta” and good coffee.

Wonderful pensione and beautiful and friendly staff . From the time we booked till we checked out of the property, Ida and her dad were always in touch and attentive to our needs. The room was spotless, the linen was fresh and the room was cleaned everyday. The Pensione is right in the center of Pescasseroli and is a short walk from grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants. Thanks for moving your car everyday to allow us to park in the adjacent car park. We really appreciate it. 🙏 Ciao and hope to return someday.

It was perfect! The location was peaceful and beautiful. The owners were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The room had a lovely view over the woods and mountains and the bed was one of the most comfortable that we have found in a hotel. The room was very clean and the bathroom was large and modern.
