Beautiful location! Clean rooms and friendly staff!

There was a radiator in the bathroom. The room was warm.

Excellent hotel, the rooms are basic but very clean, spacious and comfortable. Perhaps the best hotel breakfast I have had in a long time, so much homemade produce, great coffee and very helpful staff. The view over the pool was a bonus. They also gave very clear instructions for our same day late check in and assisted with our parking request for our big van.

Nice and cozy hotel in one of the most amazing places on earth. Great to have breakfast included if you're not accustomed to the European way of breakfast. This place will not disappoint. Super close to the train station (you can walk and the bus stop is also very close).

I love the stuff who work there. They were so lovely and nice<3 I love the view from our room, there where mountains everywhere. Food, pool and all the facilities in the house was very good and new. The destination was also cery good from dolomites.

Beautiful traditional alpine hotel - impeccably clean and comfortable with great pool. The sauna facilities weren’t available but as it was 35 degrees they weren’t really needed! A nice touch was the table tennis availability. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and attentive, speaking very good English. Food menu had a good choice. Great underground garage for motorbike security. Originally planned for one night but it was solely we stayed 2!

Every person who works there were very very kind with us very friendly very helpful. Real it’s a place where I want to return. Very spacious suite with a balcony and great view. All modern and clean. 2 large screen televisions (1 at each level). Friendly and efficient service. Good wi-fi. Free parking. Located half an hour drive from Bolzano and on the scenic road number ss48. Excellent breakfast. We received guest cards that allowed us free entrance to museums and free rides on cable cars and mountain trains at Bolzano's area. It saved us a lot of money.

The hosts were wonderful and friendly. We got a lovely breakfast everyday. Everyone was so attentive to our needs. They had facilities to lock our bikes with a workshop. The room was clean and immaculate. Plus it was serviced daily. We definitely feel refreshed after such a relaxing beautiful stay. No complaints on our side highly recommend.
