We had a lovely time. The location was optimal as it is close to the main street to get to the beach. There is 24h check-in service, and the staff were super friendly. The room itself was very good, nothing to complain about. One of the comfiest beds I have personally ever experienced in a hotel, functioning hair dryer included, and the AC worked flawlessly. Working Smart TV and Wi-Fi included in the room as well. The breakfast (which was included in our booking) had good variety and was extremely tasty. In addition, a Late check-out is included (12.00 at the time of out booking), giving time to properly sort luggages while not feeling in a rush to leave. Overall, I would recommend it !!

The property is very clean, nice, it has a MARVELOUS view of the fields, even the sea! the view is much better than from the Giardini Piazza, they have it decorated tastefully, and they are great hosts. Definitively we would book with them every time we are in Osimo visiting saint Joseph of Cupertino.

Beautiful room with aristocratic design, beautiful view of the square, with all the amenities that a home can have. The location is excellent and is within walking distance of all the sights in the city. The bed was comfortable, the place was clean, there was a great breakfast, good attitude from the hosts, excellent heating/cooling. There are dining options nearby, as well as a supermarket. The bus stop is 5 minutes away.

The cleanliness and comfort of the apartment, the friendliness of the owner, the location...There was everything one could need on a stay. The rooms are cosy and the beds very comfortable. Osimo isca wonderful site with places to visit, and the amazing beaches of Sirolo and Numana are only 20 minutes by car from there. The big car park nearly is very cheap and easy to reach. The flat is in the town centre, very near the square, the cathedral, the theatre, the panoramic walk. Perfect.

The hotel is located close to the highway, our room was spacious, clean, quiet and convenient, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast superb.
