The hotel has a great location and the facilities are excellent. We did not dine in the hotel but the bar is great. Breakfasts are superb. The best thing about the property is the staff - they are friendly, helpful and there are so many of them! This is a beautiful traditional hotel where service is excellent and the grandeur impressive. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. The balcony with a view was a plus. Buffet breakfast had a good variety of cheeses, cold cuts, fruits, croissants. Service at the table was very good for coffee, cappuccino. We liked the small wastebasket at the table. Hôtel is close to restaurants, shops, bus and train station.

I was a little thrown off when I first arrived to my room, seeing as though I believe this was a former convent, but the place grew on me quickly! It is in a great location, close enough to walk to all you need, but far enough away to enjoy the serenity, peace, and quiet I was hoping for. If you’re traveling with a pet, there’s a garden area right outside the front door that is lovely. Pets aren’t allowed in the dining area, but the staff set us pet owners up in a comfy side room so that our dogs could still join us. And the breakfast - it was fabulous! One of my favorite parts about my stay here was waking up to the delicious smell of breakfast. Actually, my number one favorite thing about this hotel was the shower! I’m not joking when I say they had the very best water pressure I have ever experienced. I would return just for the shower! 😁
