Location very close to station. Staffs are very friendly. We get free breakfast, it’s very good Breakfast.

I actually liked the hotel a lot, I really liked the bed and the room! Had a balcony which is such a +! Nice view and a chill room to myself! The staff was very polite and the location of the hotel is great, especially if you’re visiting Cinque Terra by train!

Hotel near the railway station and about 3 minutes to main road into old town for restaurants, and harbour. Breakfast very good: fruit juice, sweet croissant, yoghurt, chocolate tart (local speciality), delightful cappuccino (more coffee choices), jams and honey. Bedroom good size, and although on the backyard of railway station, no noise. Good sized bedroom and bathroom. Drinks machines on groundfloor (but need coins). Lift. Check out earlier than usual, 10:30 am. Recommend!

It was very clean and comfortable, 10min walking to the train station,near to bars and restaurants, the girl in the reception was very kind and helpful

The hosting family is exceptionally nice and helpfull; we enjoyed our stay fully and can recommend Novecento as top place to stay if you look to visit this nice part of Italy.

The staff were immediately friendly and personable, and the hotel was in a great location with several nearby shops and restaurants. The bar out the back was a lovely place to hang out, the room was very comfortable and the service was great, helping even with printing documents and accommodating last drinks with friends.

Excellent hotel! Outstanding service — it definitely deserves a solid 4*+ rating. The staff is very attentive, the pool is large and well-maintained, and the dinners along with the drink menu are truly impressive. There’s no need to look for restaurants nearby — just book a table in advance, and you’re guaranteed a top-level experience. Rooms facing the marina and the port offer a stunning view, and the street itself is quiet and peaceful.

Very nice Hotel to stay in Le Grazie. Close to Bus station and very beautiful places nearby. Staff is very friendly and I’d feel very welcomed during my stay.

The location is great and it is worth mentioning that it provides a wonderful viewing platform, whether it is the morning sun or the evening moon pouring with sponges. The observation deck of this hotel alone! The hotel's step design is very interesting! Feel like walking in a conch!

The staff working at the hotel are truly excellent. So welcoming and available to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Room was top class. V clean, tiled floors, large bathroom and comfy bed. The buffet breakfast has a great selection which will cater fir all needs. Location was ideal, 10 min walk from town centre and directly across the road from waterfront, which is an amazing place to walk and soak up La Spezia atmosphere. I felt it was great value for my money, a practically new hotel, great location and great staff. I really enjoyed my stay.
