Solvita and Massimo were wonderful hosts, very kind and accommodating. They waited for us at the free parking to make sure we did not get lost in the streets of Pigny and could easily find the apartment, and they also helped us reserve a table at a restaurant without any problems. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. A lovely bonus was the small balcony, perfect for morning coffee and relaxing in the evening. We would definitely stay here again.

The Talking Stones building has been delightfully renovated to feature the original stones of the old village house. The rooms are a little quirky (in a good way) due to the old building and was nicely furnished and comfortable. We were on the second floor and the stairs are quite steep. Our breakfast was served by Stefano and it was plentiful with yoghurt, fruit, eggs, bread, croissant and cake. We recommend you also eat at the restaurant around the corner called CASAeBOTTEGA.

Salvatore was very kind and met us in town and guided us to the apartment and assisted us with the luggage. It was very helpful of him, especially after a day of travelling. There is a lot of attention to detail! When we arrived in the apartment we felt relaxed immediately, it was clean and comfortable with extra plushness that makes it feel luxurious. They strive to please and you can see that in all the extra touches. I would definitely stay here again and can recommend it highly.

Pigna is very quiet (at least on an Easter weekend), there's...

Pigna is very quiet (at least on an Easter weekend), there's nothing to do apart from walk around the town and the valley and eat dinner at one of the excellent restaurants (careful, everything's closed on Monday and Tuesday night except the very good pizzeria). But if you're looking for peace and quiet and beauty and friendly locals, Pigna has everything you're looking for. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Pigna has a well-maintained historical center representative of mountain towns in Liguria. The one bar in the center is a gathering place for the community. At the edge of the old center on the main road lies cluster of restaurants, a pharmacy, a bank and other stores.

Pigna is a great spot for hiking; the trails climb straight up and far into the mountains. The old town is a maze of narrow streets that go up and down in every direction, easy to get lost in! All old stones and hidden corners.

The most beautiful village in the valley, both for its monuments and architecture, along with a unique Alpine landscape. Excellent for its cuisine, so much so that my least favorite thing was that all the restaurants are closed on Wednesdays!

A truly surprising village with many excellent restaurants in and around the village, and above all, the best grande cappuccino, pastries, and ice cream at the gelateria at exceptionally reasonable prices. The sea is 25 minutes away, and the higher mountains are also 25 minutes away. In short, a perfect base.

A beautiful, typical Ligurian village with old stone...

A beautiful, typical Ligurian village with old stone buildings, staircases, and narrow, winding streets (though well-lit!). It's entirely pedestrianized, but there are several large parking areas on either side of the main road, all within a 5-minute walk. Close to the coast and Ventimiglia, yet it already has a mountain feel. Shops and good restaurants are nearby. Numerous hiking trails and charming surrounding villages are also within easy reach.

I've passed quit a lot of nights in Italy so far, this was definitely one of the best hotels when it comes to price-performance ratio. Lovely, newly refurbished room with balcony, air-conditioned, equipped with everything one might need. Delicious Pizza served at the restaurant. The best about the stay, however, was the staff. Very cordially, welcoming and making sure I could discover the breathtaking surroundings. Warmly recommended and in case I'll be back, I know where to stay at Pigna

We loved this hotel. It is located in a very quiet and beautiful valley. The staff were very friendly right from the beginning. The room was clean, the view was excellent and the restaurant is amazing, having a pizza is a must. The Pigna town is also worth visiting. Many thanks to the hotel/restaurant manager she was very helpful and friendly.

Wonderful place Pigna. Tasty pizza in B&P: wegetariana and capricciosa! Excellent room, balcony doors open and overlook the river and the city on the hill. Fan cooling. Croissants and coffee for breakfast:) we recommend. Ps. Comfortable beds, hotel white bedding and towels.
