We were welcome by the owner of the house Stelvio! An Italian full of stories and knowledge about the history of Italy and Sardegna. Took the time to talk us to us and explain in details the history and curiosities of the island. This time with him was truly special and pleasant. A true gentleman. Made the diference! His room was spacy and clean. Good Bed. Great Breakfast! Good location in town. A super nice and cultural experience my wife and I had at Stelvio’s place!! We will be back. Recommend!!!!

Great place with home & family atmosphere. Very kind and helpful personnel. Friendly owner, who is always keen to help and arrange facilities, only fantastic food and place recommendations from him - follow his advices! The apartment was spacious and clean. It felt like a normal flat. The most functional from all four apartments we booked on Sardinia. The owner was very welcoming and our children received a Christmas basket with sweets. There were a few nice details available, like jam, coffee, body lotion. The balcony is really large. The neighbourhood Is nothing special, a residential area. There are a few pizzerias within walking distance and a big supermarket Conad 3 minute ride. The flat has a convenient position for reaching Capo Carbonara, Costa Rei and local Poetto beach by car.

Very nice & super clean room and exceptional friendliness of the hosts. Considering that we are traveling with a wheelchair, Pasquina made a great effort. The room was well equipped (bathroom, high bed, access to the room). We also liked the breakfast buffet that we could have in the hall of our room (there was also a fridge, a tea kettle, a toaster...). It is true that the location is far from the city, but we liked it because the location is quiet.

We really enjoyed our stay in Appartamento Carino. The apartment is so cosy and it has everything, from personal hygiene products to washing soap, coffee, and so on. The owner was very kind and friendly, she gave us a tour of the apartment and explained were to find different things in the flat. She also put herself available in case we needed some help. In addition, the apartment is placed in a very strategic location, a very quiet area but close to one of the main shopping center in South Sardinia but also close to one of the main road that connects you to the entire island. We definitely would like to come back here and stay in Appartamento Carino again😊
