Nice and quiet location. To center of Cagliari we drove only 15 minutes. And to Poetto beach also only 15 minutes. We stayed for 6 days and enjoyed the domestic hospitality and exeptional friendly and communicative hotel owners. Every morning begun with excellent cappuccinos. Very clean and spacious room with private bathroom and flat TV. Sincerely recommended...

Nice and friendly staff, cleaning every day

Great location, 15min walk to the beach, hotel surrounded by local cafes and bars. Really comfy beds and very clean rooms. Hotel staff amazingly helpful, polite and attentive. Special thanks to Andrea and Beatrice. There were two other very helpful ladies whose names can't recall but equally helpful.Generally really good value for money, will be back.

Excellent location, clean, comfortable, and wonderful staff.

Great hotel with excellent staff and breakfast. Recomend.

Delicious breakfast, very friendly staff, well equipped gym, great spa.

A fabulous discovery right in the historical center of Cagliari. This new hotel has an incredible charm, the concept is exceptional, the suite was big, the silence perfect and it's an amazing old palace with a basement carved more than 2000 years ago where they had the fantastic idea to install the restaurant tables.

It’s far from everything.only one shop and 2 restaurants opposite. You need car because everything is far . By bus took 1 hour to Cagliari., also to beach . Bus is always full was waiting 30 minutes minimum, and you have to wave for bus driver otherwise he doesn’t stop . No air conditioning, and driving crazy fast .

The Hotel was amazing, it was a very beautiful weekend. Staff are very helpful, kind and understanding aswell. Also restaurants have delicious food and an amazing culinary experience

Rooms are spacious and clean. The Hotel has a lot of charm.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the bed was huge and extremely comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean. There were plenty of towels, and the room had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of food to choose from. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Cagliari, in a somewhat industrial area, so the surroundings are not particularly charming. However, we needed to be close to the airport, and the location was perfect for us. Overall, a fantastic experience and definitely a 10/10! We would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation near Cagliari Airport or on the outskirts of the city.

Everything was amazing! Lovely location, typical Italian breakfast with a great variety of croissants and sweets and comfortable rooms with balcony/garden.

Hotel is very clean, well maintained. Biggest asset is staff. From reservation department, front office, housekeeping to F&B. They made the stay absolutelly wonderfull.

Very clean, comfortable and modern apartment, ideally located in the city. The staff are discreet and friendly, and the place feels very private, almost as if you have it all to yourself

Everything was good. Amazing breakfast , central location, very clean rooms

I couldn’t have imagined a better place, to discover the south of Sardinia. I’m so grateful for the experience, thank you to Graziella & Johnny for your hospitality. This stay truly went above and beyond what I could ever have imagined. What makes this place so special are the people who are in it. One of those magical places you discover on a trip that just makes you want to go back.

Stuff was very kind and helpful. 🤗

Newly refurbished, modern facilities but lots of old Italian charm. There is a fabulous restaurant on the second floor. We had a lovely top floor room with a roof terrace overlooking the entire city. Very romantic. All the team went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience.
