That was the best place to stay for the family of pilgrims after a long journey. I should also say the staff was waiting for us until the late night as we had been late and settled us in when the whole hotel slept. A great view of the valley is a substantial bonus to your stay.

We loved the feeling of being in a beautiful remote countryside scene in a very holy place! One had the sense that all around there was a great natural peace full of wonderful surprises of wildlife, plants and herbs: quite simply stunning! The staff, especially Simeon, Julie and Eleanora as well as our lovely lady in the restaurant went over and above : coming out to find us as we got lost in a location unknown to us at midnight! I don’t know how to thank them enough, especially Simeon and Julie : we intend to return to thank you personally 🙏💖

It was a very beautiful time that we spent at Domus. Everything about the property was excellent. Our host, Cassandra is one of the best people that I’ve come across who would go out of the way to make our stay comfortable in every way possible. We had a wonderful stay at these apartments. Everything was exactly as shown on the website, both in the photos and the description. The place exceeded our expectations! The cleanliness was truly outstanding. The apartment was spotless, with shining surfaces and very cozy beds. We were surrounded by nature, birdsong, and tranquility. The terrace was perfect to enjoy meals outdoors. The apartment was well-equipped with everything needed for cooking, including a coffee machine, microwave, all necessary dishes, and utensils. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, always available to assist immediately with any questions or requests.

This property is owned and run by a family and they made our stay very comfortable beginning with inviting us to a special dinner the night we arrived which included live entertainment in the form of a solo guitar player/singer. It was a very laid back experience that remained throughout our five night stay. We had a balcony and a wonderful view of Umbria countryside. The unit consisted of a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with adequate space and a very quiet air conditioner that worked quickly to cool down the room and keep it cool throughout the night. The kitchen is well supplied with dishes and wine available for purchase. The location in the country was ideal for relaxing.
