The building has just been renovated, all the furnishings in the room were new. The room is tastefully decorated and very clean. All guests can use the common kitchen, which has a refrigerator and other necessary things for cooking and eating. You can park your car in a nearby parking lot for free. There is a restaurant right next door. Definitely a good choice for several nights to explore the surrounding area. To top it off, the accommodation facility has a very pleasant host.

Poggilunghi is a beautiful retreat and a great place to relax and unwind. The facilities are fantastic, with a huge swimming pool, bar, and lots of little seating areas for you to chill and eat outdoors. The hosts Simon and Gabi couldn’t have done more to help us! They had loads of recommendations about the area, including a fab restaurant we visited and a winery and were always on hand to help with anything we needed. On one evening, they prepared an amazing barbecue that 20 of us enjoyed before a quiz! The area is lovely, very close to Monte San Savino, where there are lots of restaurants and gelaterias, as well as lots of beautiful little towns and cities, including Siena, Montepulciano and Arezzo. We will most definitely be visiting again 😊

Beautiful, rustic place. Very clean. I loved being there. The pool was amazing- surrounded by lavender and views of Tuscan hills. We left the windows open at night and there was a little breeze. The only problem was it was extremely hot weather in July and there is no air conditioning and there were no fans. I think ceiling fans could’ve alleviated the heat. I think many Americans would find it too hot in July and August. I loved being surrounded by nature. There is a very long and winding uphill road to get there which was almost one lane. I don’t know if I would’ve felt comfortable driving in or out of this location at night. You must bring your own food as there is no restaurant and the nearest restaurant is about 10 minutes away.
