The owners at the hotel provided exceptionally high-level care for our comfort. They are a truly kind family who put in a great deal of effort to ensure guests’ comfort. If you need anything, they respond immediately, and they also make daily efforts—through questions, information, and other support—to enhance the guest's rest and enjoyment.

We stayed in a room with a terrace on the first floor. Great mountain view and location. Free of charge sauna with no booking required. Relax zone near the sauna with a tea selection. Breakfast with a lot of savoury and sweet options. Pets are allowed with 15 euro charge per day.

The staff were phenomenal, so accommodating to a large group of very tired cyclists. The location was Mount Olympus like but well worth the effort of getting up the hill for the spectacular views. Food was great and the rooms really clean and comfortable

The hotel was clean and pleasant. Both breakfast and dinner were tasty and enjoyable. What I liked most was the friendly and welcoming staff. I especially appreciated the Ukrainian waitress; she was very professional and kind.

What a dream! The property is beautiful, cozy and offers a personalized service. We loved to see the kids books specially picked up for our 3 yo bedroom or how the family is involved in the hotel activities making you feel home. The best surprise was the food, delicious and curated menu as a top restaurant. I tasted the best beef tartare ever.

Food was amazing, very friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Nice pool and welness facilities. Special thanks to sommelier Kurt for making our stay exceptional!

The location was amazing. Perfect view to the valley, old style comfortable rooms. Extraordinary wellness. Polite and kind staff. The breakfast was a wide selection buffet. The dinner was 6-course chef designed menu. Delicious and kind of art all the foods. The hotel was peacful, no disturbing noise or music. We have got information about the programs in a information package, but nothing was forced program. You could feel like home.
