The location is quite central with bars and restaurants nearby. There is ample parking and the hosts are very kind. Breakfast was simple but very good. I opted for croissant, orange juice and cappuccino. The AC worked well and the room was simple but very comfortable.

I booked this property for my parents for 2 weeks as my dad is originally from the Rosa area, and they were super happy with their stay. They loved their guest room, the breakfast, and the quiet surroundings, and they especially enjoyed their hosts who they described as friendly, accomodation and down to earth. Unfortunately, dad couldn’t walk much because of a sudden problem with his knee, otherwise he said they said they would have very much enjoyed strolls int he countryside. They both highly recommend Borgo Tecla.

Rosa del Grappa was excellent! Very clean and comfortable for our family of 4. It felt like we had our own home away from home with a large bathroom and comfortable bedrooms. Very quick walk to a bar for morning cappuccinos and cornetti. Easy walk to other shops. 8 minutes from our family.
