A 3 star hotel, and priced accordingly. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, large rooms, good food and plentiful. It was a really great place to stay.

The host was amazing! Really friendly and welcoming. Couldnt do enough to help!

Lovely rooms and building, really relaxing

The dinner was good, so I think there's a decent chef in the restaurant, but breakfast is just done by the owner. The owner has a good sense of humour, which perhaps he needs. I can't think of anything else positive - the location is just so incredibly noisy.

Breakfast was as expected, bonus points for omelette and toast machine. The service was great and helpful. Quite a lot sugar-weighed pastries and such which is typical locally. I would like to give special honors to personal taxi drivers Gigi (and kudos to Mario who took as to Oulx station early in the morning because we went to Les 3 vallees for a one day trip). You call this legendary Gigi and he brings you to the slopes whenever you are ready and picks you back there in a few minutes after called, not required to call in advance. Fantastic service which is included to the accommodation, also for the arrival and departure days.

The location was amazing, the food was exceptional, the staff were so welcoming and wonderful they really made the holiday fantastic. I cannot praise them enough.

Staff especially hotel manager exceptional

Friendly and clean hotel, nice people, good breakfast

The warmth, cleanliness, helpful staff. Perfect location. Close to the slopes, restaurants, shops. Caroline the owner was lovely and helpful. We will return and have recommended to family and friends.

Rooms were lovely in all aspects.

It was comfortable and in a good location

Super staff. Perfect location. Good breakfest. Comfy beds. Nice interior.

The hotel that provides everything you need for a remarkable ski vacation. It is located on the quiet street (that is important since the center of the village is very noisy) but still very close to the Clotes lift -- you need to walk only 200 meters to get to the slope and ski down to the lift. Return is same easy. If the weather permits, you may relax in the outside area on the afternoon sun with a glass of wine from the bar. It is a real pleasure. There is a sauna and pool for cold days, but we did not use it. Our family room was probably the best one in the hotel with a separate entrance from the street and a huge room for skis and stuff inside. Rooms in the main building are probably smaller. The staff is fantastic. Fabiana was extremely helpful, she helped us reserving restaurants for dinners, and her recommendations were always very good. Check Old Inn and Ribate if you have chance. The center of the village is just 350m down the street, so everything is close. There is a restaurant in the hotel itself, that serves good breakfast (usually included) and dinner if one booked HB option. Overall, we were really happy with the stay and would recommend the Hotel Splendid without a hesitation.

The staff was very friendly. Beautiful surroundings. I can confidently say that this was the cleanest hotel I’ve had the pleasure of staying in.

Super nice people, amazing location and amazing breakfast!

Nice design, comfy rooms, great breakfast, friendly staff, perfect location, fun bar.

Excellent location next door to the ski lifts and the centre of the village

Everything, but especially the atmosphere. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms (at least on the 3rd floor) are quiet and private. We rented a room with a jacuzzi on the balcany, which was the best idea ever for seven days of a skiing ⛷️ holiday. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Souze D'Oulx.
