We had a perfect stay! The place was clean, cozy, and really nice. The host was incredibly kind and made us feel so welcome. In the morning we enjoyed delicious croissants and coffee, and even some super tasty cakes. Honestly, one of the best stays we’ve had in Italy!

A very clean and nice room, we were surprised how modern it was (even though we saw the pictures): it had RGB lighting, electric shutters, a capsule coffee maker, and a fridge. Even the internet was fast which helped us planning our journey. The host was very nice, we were arriving by car and needed some flexibilty as we were exploring other towns before arriving, and we could easily arrange that and we could park our car inside a safe spot. The place is in a smaller town in a very quiet street, stayed for only one night but i would choose it again.

Sarteano is a small, picturesque hilltop town.

Sarteano is a small, picturesque hilltop town. It has a range of shops, bars and restaurants, a castle and a lot of typical winding streets. A good base from which to explore the local sights. While we were there we visited Siena, Monteriggione, Pienza and Montecchiello, Montepulciano and, one of the highlights, Bagni di San Filippo, where you can bathe in warm sulphurous waters.

This is a beautiful small town.

This is a beautiful small town. Favorite restaurant is Chiostro Cennini. All restaurants, bars, gelato store, supermarket, small grocery, pharmacy within easy walking distance of this apartment. The old town charm is everywhere and this city seems to be well loved and maintained.

We stayed for one night only so we could not appreciate everything that the hotel and the area have to offer, still it was a good spot for a short stay. Spacious and clean room and bathroom, that have everything we needed. Nice and calm surrounding, view on the castle (at least from the room we got). Free parking. We were late ca.15 min to be able to check in within a given time slot - we called to inform about it and we were still checked in.

Truly beautiful location outside Sarteano with stunning views over the countryside and lakes, set away from town in its own woods. Super-helpful owner Renato gave us great tips. Rooms a bit faded, and could do with aircon rather than just ceiling fans. Wonderful swimming pool.

This is an incredible location! An oasis in the heart of Sarteano that offers refuge, including a wonderful pool and easy access to the town. Other Tuscan city’s and attractions are a short drive away. Bruno is a consummate host. Thank you for everything.

I loved how everything there is made with love, from the food served in the restaurant to the way they worry about our arrival, parking and access to the hotel. Giorgio is a fantastic host and the place is so beautiful and well maintained.

Lovely view of Sarteano from the terrace. Very well equipped kitchen. Very friendly and kind hosts. Property is easy walking distance from Sarteano which has many shops and restaurants.
