A little slice of heaven! The room was spacious, very clean and luxurious. Nestled in the quiet little old village of Guardistallo, the small but perfectly formed b&b sits looking out over a valley. We had a downstairs bedroom, Camille. Very large bed, memory foam pillows, and a beautiful bathroom with a rainfall shower. Plenty of hot water, plenty of soaps, shampoos etc. the village is very quiet and I’m a sensitive sleeper. Bed was quite firm, but still comfortable, that’s just personal choice. The best part of the stay was undoubtedly Carla and her attention to detail. The breakfast was phenomenal. I have stayed in some top hotels and this breakfast totally outdid those! Everything fresh and homemade and served in their gorgeous restaurant. Hams, cheeses, fresh breads, homemade pies, cereal, yogurts, compotes, and incredible service to match. We used the small unheated pool and sauna with complimentary robes on request which just added to our stay.
