The staff were very welcoming and knowledgable. They helped us understand the bus schedule and provided tips for booking ferries to nearby locations. The views from our balcony and the pool/dining area were truly unbeatable. Scala is a lovely town and felt like a private retreat. The hotel was quiet, the breakfast selection was good, and our balcony was massive. The bus station is also a short walk (less than 10 minutes) from the hotel.

THE MOST AMAZING STAY! We stayed only one night, but it was the best experience of the whole trip ❤️ I really hope that we will have an opportunity to come back 💯 The view, breakfast and staff WAS WONDERFUL!! We even got a better room 💝

Amazing views from the balcony of the room and from all floors of the incredibly charming hotel, especially friendly staff. Just 20-30 min. walk from the hotel you can see the famous Villa Cimbrone and much more!

Great Location, very accessible to the main street and the bus stop (right out the front). Air Conditioner was amazing, and my room had a massive balcony.

The Staff were fantastic, they communicated with us offering advice on train and ferry services. The staff greeted us daily and made us feel very welcome. It is obvious to see that this place is family owned and operated. The breakfast each morning was beautiful and fresh. The rooms were very clean and were serviced daily. Location was great, 5 minute walk from the ferry and surrounded by an array of fabulous restaurants and bars .

This is a hotel with its Italian tradition, characters and warm hospitality. The hotel delivered good quality and value for its price in Amalfi, rooms and facility here are fiting it's class and kept super clean for it's age. If you are an experienced traveller to Amalfi, you would know this location is golden: best food and restaurants around, better beach front, a quiet escape from crowded Amalfi after you tired day, nearest charming neighbor town to all main sightseeing points. Here is well connected by the ferry and bus to everywhere. Especially to mention that, the old respectful gentleman - the owner of the hotel, he is the jewel of the entire busienss. Don't want use his real name for the privacy purposes. He and his team are super responsible for every one of his guests. Follow his advises, listen to his words, enjoy his stories, he will bring you the genuine Italy. . Highly recommended!

Its a very nice place, right by the seaside. The room was clean and the view from the breakfast room was stunning!

The accommodation is a little in the back of the busy center what's ideal to travel around. It's like coming home, the host and his familly are more than helpful. Breakfast is great, more than enough ! Never had such a nice swimming pool as this ! mmmmyeah, we consider to come back if we are in the area !

The Staff were all very friendly, Location of the Hotel and view from top of Ravello was amazing, Ravello itself is like 25 Min from Main Amalfi town with frequent every 30 Min to 1 Hr bus (SITA bus with 1.5 EUR) to Amalfi and back starting 7 AM and ends at 10 PM ..... Ravello is quiet place compared to Positano or Amalfi yet value for money was v.good .... The Breakfast at hotel was amazing and with good varities .. neighbourhood was really nice and with great views (3 Min from Ravello Cathedral) and a lot of restaurants and bars open till 10 PM .... we had a special Room with view (no. 229) that has the greatest view in the whole hotel overlooking Amalfi coast from top high mountains of Ravello .... all went great and very nice

Fabulous location with incredible views of the Amalfi coast. Friendly, warm, helpful staff. Nice restaurant for dinner, good breakfast options. This a gem of a hotel and very good value for money in Ravello. Cool 1960s history too. It’s not super fancy or luxurious but is family run charm at its best. We loved it here. Like travel from another era.
