The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. What stood out the most was the incredibly welcoming staff. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to make me feel confortable.

Very Beautiful place with extremely nice service. Was a big pleasure to be there. If you want a great service, in this palazzo, they know how to do it)... Also a garden with fruit trees and an incredible view!

From the moment we walked in to register, the entire stay was lovely from the incredible staff, the decor and don’t forget the views! The food was delicious, so we really didn’t care to eat else where. We drove so each time we requested the car to be ready it always arrived quickly.

Hotel Giordano was centrally located in Ravello with an excellent pool. The best part was the staff at the front desk. There are not enough words to describe how helpful and courteous they were.
