Very modern and clean hotel. Host was welcoming and extremely helpful and speaks english The location is not near the sea and far from the center, but it was not a problem for us Sweet breakfast was present, everything else had to be ordered, but everything was delicious. We would definitely recommend staying here.

We stopped just for one night on our way further to the south. However thanks to the weather and perfect location of the hotel directly on the beach we were able in the late afternoon also to swim and lay on the beach. Hotel was perfectly clean, room comfortable, staff very nice and absolutely helpful and friendly 🤗 we can only recommend

Our hosts, Stefania and Donato, were so helpful and kind. The apartment is clean, very spacious, and very well lit. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from Minturno-Scauri Train station and 10 minute walk to the beach. The grocery store Conad is a 4 minute walk. There are pizzerias, restaurants, pharmacies, and ice cream shops close to the property, and all within walking distance. I can't wait to go back next year. I would rate this property above 10.

We want to highly recommend this property and the owner Cristina. We were very satisfied with the stay as the property was well distributed and equipped with everything we needed. Cristina has been in contact with me since day one when I contacted her when we first booked the apartment. Always at our disposal and answered all of my questions promptly. My experience with her has been excellent. She has answered every question every time I have reached out to her. She was very kind and went to the property to greet us and inform us of every detail about the property. As we arrived she had water, sweets and even a bottle of wine which we appreciated it very much. We have no complaints and enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean also. The property has parking and it is also only 7 minutes away from the beach and restaurants of which was very convenient. The bedroom has air conditioning and throughout the apartment there are plenty of windows with much breeze and also there was a fan. We would definitely recommend this property as Cristina is very serviceable and very professional. She patiently waited for us and was in touch with us as we arrived at check in and also went the day of check out to return the keys. She was in touch with us at all times. The property was very clean and in a very safe area. Once again thank you so much for all Cristina. We will definitely recommend your place and if we return we will arrange to stay at your place. Thank you for making us feel at home away from home.

Lovely hotel with a garden where you can have coffee or drinks. Room was clean and balcony was great - with a drying rack to dry wet towels or clothes. Breakfast was really good - cold meats, cheese and we could order eggs. Host gave good recommendations for dinner. We enjoyed our stay
