The hotel was brand new and the interior is modern. The size of the room and the terrace were very generous and the location overlooking the harbor couldn’t have been better. It was very quiet and the free parking space minutes away from the property came in handy. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place.

The most beautiful room with a stunning view in the centre of old Sciacca . The service of the staff was top professional and I will recommend this beautiful hotel to all our friends and we will love to come back . This is the loveliest place we have stayed in Italy- and by far the best value for money. Our apartment was gorgeous, spacious , private , well located and clean. We caused difficulties by arriving late after the check in period, but Olga was very hospitable and helpful, in arranging a self check in for us. Breakfast was extraordinary- varied, fresh , copious and delicious. I would choose to stay here over anywhere else I have stayed in Italy.

Professional staff and exceptionally clean. We enjoyed everything about the hotel. From first step into the hotel we were meet by a friendly staff answering all the questions we had. The hotel, the rooms and all the facilities were perfectly clean. The rooms would even be cleaned multiple times a day. Breakfast had everything you could ask for and can be enjoyed from the terrace with a fantastic view.

Sciacca is a lovely fishing port town with a a large and beautiful main town square with great views of the town and Mediterranean Sea. There is also many lovely piazzas with cafes and restaurants. Restaurants are cafes are everywhere and very good. Not too many tourists which is what I liked. You get to experience how the locals live. in my view it is very under rated and has a lot to offer. Beautiful fashion shops and there is a charming walking path around the Mediterranean Sea. Not too far from Selinunte archaeological park, Scali Turchi in Realmonte and many historical seaside towns are nearby.

I was staying down by the port which was nice - cafes and...

I was staying down by the port which was nice - cafes and quite busy at night but not noisy. It was quite a walk up to the main area where most of the restaurants and the shops were - especially in the heat. Parking wasn't an issue.

Sciacca is such a hidden gem of a place.

Sciacca is such a hidden gem of a place. So much to do and see in Sciacca, from the Porto area, where the fishermen bring in their catch of the day and the old apartments and houses in that old, beautiful area of town, to the Centro area of Sciacca, with the beautiful old churches, streets and walled city. The food is of course based around the fresh seafood, that is caught daily. I love everything about Sciacca.

If you like maritime culture and a small unpretentious town...

If you like maritime culture and a small unpretentious town but with excellent seafood restaurants, Sciacca might be for you. It has a big fishing port, very colourful. Up the hill is the main town, classy and attractive and without a lot of tourist trinket shops and other tourist eyesores. It would probably be mellow in summer with everyone out in the cafes all evening. The beaches are outside the town about 15 min. We did an early spring tour of Sicily's southwest coast looking for possible August holiday places for the future. I liked Sciacca.

Sciacca is a perfect place to explore south western Sicily.

Sciacca is a perfect place to explore south western Sicily. The town is easily explored in a half day and has nice stores and restaurants. Definitely prettier and less up and down than Agrigento. It is a little over an hour from the Palermo Airport by car and you can explore the ancient temple of Segesta on the way and only have an hour drive to Agrigento and the many picturesque and historic attractions on the way there. Also Corleone and Piana degli Albanesi are on the way to Palermo for those who are interested in some of the Mafia history.

OMG Giuseppe and his manager Francis were the best of hosts. What a special place this is. A beautifully renovated property with a distinct nod to the past and yet modern and minimalist at the same time. I loved everything about this hotel. Francis bakes cakes for the breakfast which is fabulous we used the spa, sauna and steam room for a few euros extra and this was a lovely clean set up. The location is central to everything.

Owners are really nice and welcoming, also contacted us in advance to make sure all is fine. Dinner at their restaurant was one of the best we tasted during our stay in Sicily. Accommodation is at a nice location also for walking, although you need to take your car to the restaurant (also for breakfast), but it was not a problem at all. Would for sure return to their place. Breakfast was also very tasty.

Superb location up on a hill overlooking agriculture area. Neat beaches close by with fabulous beach restaurants. Outside areas are big and nice. Sciacca city is a very nice village. An extra Star to the front desk woman at breakfast who was really nice and the perfect host! Also the cleaning lady was doing her best to help out with ants and general cleaning of the room.

One of the best places I have stayed in many years of travelling! Charming apartment, well decorated. The kitchen is small but has everything you need to cook for yourself. And a washing machine! Fantastic views over the harbour, and just 400 metres from Piazza Scandaliato. Sciacca is a great place to explore. Feels like the real Sicily, not just for tourists.
