Clean, spacious and well-equipped accommodation, perfect for our family holiday. Private garage and free on-street parking. Mini supermarket and bakery nearby. A few minutes' drive from the beautiful beach at Serapo (or 25-30 minutes' walk). Patrizia was a lovely host, who gave us a very warm welcome, and provided all we needed for a very pleasant stay.

Really lovely and beautiful hotel and gardens with a warm welcome from the start. All staff were great and gave service with a smile and the facilities are great. Dined at the restaurant twice and food and service was wonderful. Pool, jacuzzi and beach perfect! Didn’t want to leave (and wouldn’t have if we could have cancelled our follow on accommodation!) You’ll love it 😊

On arrival we booked in easily, no language issues and got the parking permit for the town, fabulous to be able to park anywhere. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast had a very large selection for an Italian B&B. From the hotel very easy to walk along the promenade to the centre of Gaeta. Nice little touches with drink on arrival, discount for nearby restaurants etc. Would stay here again if returning.

nice small hotel 5 minutes away form beach and restaurants on the other side. receptionist was very nice and welcoming and even Russian speaking, she helped us to get room a bit earlier than check in time. all other stuff was great as well. Room was nice and very clean with small balcony.
