This is certainly beachfront location. Ground floor room was metres from the beach. Hotel is spotlessly clean & breakfast is lovely. Sperlonga was a lovely town with sandy beach & great restaurants. Was a great 2 day stay & would highly recommend.

The location is amazing. The manager/owner, Alessandro, is extremely helpful. He drove us to the beach and back at the time we requested. The beach, called Il Fortino, where the hotel offers a special deal, is the best in Sperlonga and one of the best we've ever visited.

this is really good place to stay. the staff were great, very helpful with some of the queries I had about getting travel arrangements sorted out. really close to the Old Town in Sperlonga, so an excellent place to stay. I definitely recommend it as a place to stay if you're in Sperlonga:-)

Sperlonga is a beautiful town.

Sperlonga is a beautiful town. The only thing really the town suffered from was lack of large food store. There were some small stored but no parking so if you are located away from them, you had a very challenging walk back to apartment.

Beautiful town with some lovely views.

Beautiful town with some lovely views. Marina just 2mins walk away from hotel where you can enjoy boat trips to various locations,( Blue Grotto is a must ) Variety of great restaurants to suit all budgets and great value for the most part and to enjoy really good coffee and people watch.

A lovely little village where most of the tourists are...

A lovely little village where most of the tourists are Italian, so you don't have to hear your native language from every other person you come across and the experience is not a "tourist trap". After the hustle and bustle of Rome, it was wonderful to come here and get a peace and quiet and swim in the sea. Lots of restaurants, it's worth making a table reservation for the weekend A week's trip might be too long unless you just like to lie on the beach

Sperlonga had beautiful beaches and ample options to rent beach chairs for the day. The town had many different options for lunch and dinner and a really full and comprehensive market. The train station is 20 minutes from the town and there are no shuttles that go into town, so make sure you have your transportation figured out as that was a challenge for us. Sperlonga is extremely walkable and has a beautiful section of the town on top of the hill. You have to climb about 200 steps to get up there but it is breathtaking once you reach the top. It is easy to see why Italians choose to vacation in this spot!

If you want to visit here during the off-season like we did,...

If you want to visit here during the off-season like we did, understand that most of the restaurants close after lunch during this time of year. We came in mid-January. Obviously, it will be too cold to enjoy swimming in the beach. But walking around the historic centre was very nice. It was nice that there were so few people in the town during our time there. I would recommend it, if you are into that sort of thing. It was a great chance to take some nice pictures and videos without a lot of people, and/or crowds. There was only one restaurant open for dinner, that our Hotel recommended to us. We tried to find other options, but there were none. Also, the Villa of Tiberius is closed on Monday and Tuesdays.

It was spotless and had everything we needed. Very convenient to the beach and Sperlonga old and new town. We loved the terrace which was huge and with wonderful views of the sea, sunsets and mountains. Private secure parking too. But very best of all was our host Vito. He was charming, always answering any questions immediately and so willing to help us with everything. It was like going to stay with my favourite cousin.

The property met my expectations even more. It is very well-managed hotel with fantastic top location on the beach in the center of Sperlonga and with amazing sea views. My room was renewed, cozy, fresh and clean during my stay. The private beach is just a gem - so beautiful, clean and quite with enough space between umbrellas and very well-equipped. And my 10+ goes to the Beach and Cleaning staff :)

The property is very comfortable and very very clean. It is spacious and well equipped for living and cooking at home if you wish. The terrace area is big too. The hosts were very responsive to communicating, and warm welcoming and helpful. You are well placed in Sperlonga, close to the beach and also close to the town. I had a lovely stay.

Great little place in the middle of old Sperlonga with a few minutes away from the beach. We got caught in the train strikes but Serena was great and still managed to get the keys to us in person. Well equipped kitchen with a couple of great little groceries round the corner!
