Dan's wife, Cecilia, reviewing- The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Maurizio, for his help locating my husband's group, so that I could meet up with them for a conference banquet, for lending me an umbrella, and being awesome. Special thanks to the chef/cook, for working late when people arrive late, even after the kitchen has closed. The wait staff is friendly, and accommodating. The breakfast was good- typical Italian-style sweet breakfast- rolls, etc... They also offered scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, toast, fruit cocktail, fresh fruit options, yogurt. There was a machine that made coffee drinks, fresh juice, water available. My husband attended a conference at Kilometro Rossi. This hotel is perfectly situated for people working at or visiting Kilometro Rossi. Their outsourced laundry service is expensive, but effective.

It was wonderful! Very nice hotel, the staff verry helpful and polite. The rooms are big and very clean. Breakfast was great with plenty of of options and the restaurant on the top floor has a great view on the High Town.

Hotel Albi was so helpful in organizing our trip and helping us get taxis for transport to train station. We had to get a train at 5am and they helped arrange a taxi for 4:30 in the morning and were so responsive with making sure we got it and also got a fair price. The room was very clean and comfortable and check in was very easy even though we flew into Bergamo late. The perfect value spot for a stop in if you’re flying into Bergamo. Also a very short walk from Stezzano station!

The apartment was in the beginning a little hard to find, it is quite a game to get to it, but it has its own unique charm. It is a real Italian style house with wood furniture and you have the impression that you are in another era, the bells from the city clock rang in the evening and together with the sunset it was something special. We enjoyed the stay very much.

Good location near Bergamo Airport. Very friendly employees. As I had to leave very early, they prepared me a breakfast kit. Also very convenient that there is a petrol station next door as I had to fill up the tank of the rental car which I had to hand in.
