Rooms were beautiful and immaculate, beautifully designed. The hotel itself was beautiful and with perfect Tuscany charm. Enjoying river view at every breakfast and sunset at dinner are perfect ways to start the day and wind down after a day of touring. Breakfast was good and the hotel prepared fresh fruit juices every morning and brought them to the table specifically for the guests (unlike some where fruit juices were just produced in bulk and placed on buffet bar table). Staff were attentive and joyful - happy staff happy place! Prior to our arrival we requested the hotel to make a few restaurant reservations and we were presented with a professionally prepared typed up letter with details of all the reservations. These are the little details that differentiate a true five star hotel from a mediocre one. We loved the place so much and it's by far one of the best 5 stars hotel we've stayed at.

The property is beautiful and the staff are AMAZING! My friend and I arrived really underprepared, we didn’t have a car and it’s quite difficult to get around without one but the owner and his son bent over backwards to help us. I honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough you’ve just got to rent a car!

Beautiful building, excellent welcoming staff. It has a lovely pool that our children thoroughly enjoyed using in the hot and sunny weather. Our rooms were rearranged to accommodate an extra bed with no fuss. The staff are so helpful and kind. Breakfast was fantastic with such a choice of items to choose from with fresh coffee. Seating on a terrace with beautiful views. We didn’t have a car, but there was a lovely taxi driver initially organised by the hotel, and we then used for the remainder of our stay. So kind and reasonably priced, he took us back to Florence and took us to the the hill top view point and helped us find our accommodation. His name was Mario.

It was so tranquil and quiet car essential but Anna Laura and her staff made our stay so pleasant going over and beyond what you expected of there duties nothing was to much for them if you want a quiet peaceful holiday this is just the place,highly recommended by myself and my family which was 3 generations

My daughter and I spent 4 beautiful days in this apartment. Mrs. Larisa is very nice and helpful. We were welcomed with a nice treat on the table. The apartment is of course airconditioned and pretty well equipped, including even a washing machine and a tumble dryer, which is very useful on long trips with the family. The bed and both sofas are very comfortable, we slept well. You can even find basic hygiene products in the bathroom. The surroundings are quiet, safe and very picturesque. Free parking in front of the house. The train to Florence is convenient and within walking distance, as well as shops and bars in village center (cca 800-1000 m). We felt very much like at home. Thank you very much, Larisa :)
