Breakfast was not included, but there was some water provided and delicious coffee every morning. Upon arrival I received home made cookies, they were so fresh and tasty. All was perfect during my stay, so I can recommend this place to anyone.

Located very close to Cagliari downtown and to some of the most beautiful beaches of the south, still in a very much quite area. The rooms are very big and comfortable. I also loved the breakfast ! Everything was home made and it was rich and delicious! Last but not least, Vincenzo was helping us everyday with his suggestions about beaches and restaurants! An incredible host !

I want to thank this great owner couple who really saved us in the worst situation I have been. We couldn’t get a car that we reserved and therefore couldn’t get to my remote hotel. We booked this hotel at the last minute and that was also late at night. When arrived, the door was closed, but the owners came late in the evening and let us in. I’ve never been so happy to have a bed in my life. Thank you!

My partner and I recently enjoyed a delightful two-night stay at this agricultural hotel, and it truly was a memorable experience. The property itself is immense, boasting a sprawling garden that invites relaxation at every turn. We particularly loved the good-sized swimming pool, complete with comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas – perfect for soaking up the sun. There were plenty of tables and chairs scattered around, offering various spots to unwind, and a lovely hammock area where I happily lost myself in a book. The absolute highlight, however, was being surrounded by so many loving cats and dogs. As animal lovers, this added an incredibly warm and homely touch to our stay. Our room was impeccably clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a charming private terrace. Our host was exceptionally friendly, polite, and incredibly helpful. We arrived later in the day after lunch, when the restaurant was closed, but he went above and beyond to ensure we had some delicious food, even offering us some delightful homemade wine. His hospitality truly made us feel welcome and cared for. The only minor point was the breakfast, which was quite simple, offering mostly croissants and coffee. If you prefer a more substantial morning meal, you might consider dining elsewhere for breakfast. However, this wasn't an issue for us, and we'd simply suggest to the host that adding a few eggs and some vegetables could provide a more varied option for future guests. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this charming retreat. We would definitely come back! Please note: This is not a luxurious establishment, and if you have pet allergies, it's best to consider other options due to the abundance of friendly animals.

Clean room and very helpful staff. We had a very late checkin and the staff prepared everything in advance for us.
