Clearly the regions best kept secret, well appointed rooms, amazing menu, all locally sourced, I didn't ask but I am sure their game is also local. Beautiful views based in a Prosecco valley, breakfast is available outdoors which was appreciated, the weather was so good! A very local feel, the restaurant is clearly highly esteemed by the local community.
