One night stay, all was 100%. Nearby bar to have a drink before sleep or a breakfast/coffee in the morning.

Over night stay as our flight was cancelled we didn't arrive till midnight but the staff were great at checking us in Comfortable bed

Very nice structure, modern huge room and bathroom. Comfortable and quiet night. Very kind reception girls, and very quick for check-in and out. Parking places inside courtyard that closed at night so security ensured.

Beautiful space, large, big open areas. The staff were amazing, very accommodating.

Staff were very friendly. Kudos to them. Hotel was clean and located just in the highway which was a great advantage for the travellers. It was also very clean.

It was easy to park on the street right in front of the hotel (the parking before the hotel was full), very kind and lovely staff. Breakfast was very good, many salty and sweet options. It's just beside the route so you have to count with some noise but nothing special. Great blackout for lightsleepers and very comfortable bed! We had pizza room that I wished for when booking and it was super funny to every little detail, loved it! There is restaurant and bar in the hotel lobby, food is good there.

The staff was very professional and courteous.

Perfect personal. I asked silent room and they provided it for 100%. Personal in breakfast area were excellent and very kind. Swimming pool is very nice with open hours till 20:00, which is not typically in Italy (most of cases it is till 19:00), towels for free and no swimming cups needed. After the corner is nice budget friendly ristorante with long working hours.

Location, furniture of the hotel, parking in the garage

clean and simple, close proximity to bus stop and train station

Such a value for money hotel. Clean, modern, comfortable.

Muito limpo, tem ar condicionado, tem restaurante e estacionamento.

The staff were very helpful. Room was nice

We only booked this hotel as close to an event we were attending, without thinking much of it. It ended up being the best part of the trip! :) The staff was absolutely amazing, breakfast was prepared with a lot of care and attention to details, the rooms were very clean and the location couldn't be better. Everything was just perfect, thank you all for having us!

Io spero vivamente che realtà come questa sopravvivano per sempre. Un ambiente familiare, ambienti puliti e accoglienti, una colazione top con torte fatte in casa, e una posizione comodissima nel centro di Villafranca (con parcheggio). Sicuramente torneremo.

Everything as expected. Good parking, good breakfast.

Friendly staff, great location, clean

I belive that the staff of the hotel are the best I ever saw. Especially Greg in the receptionist desk is very kind solve any problems you can have, and the best employ that the hotel could have they are very lucky. Every year I choose this hotel!

Close to sirport, 24:7 accessible, clean & nice staff

A lovely comfortable bed, good shower, good air conditioning, very clean, lovely helpful staff. Secure parking area, which you could access after dark with your own remote control. This is a perfect place to stay to visit Verona. I came for the opera festival at the Arena, where I parked easily at the underground Cittadella car park. The performance finished in the early hours of the morning, and the kind receptionist showed me how to get back into the car park and hotel at 2.30 am.
