This house is not far from many attractions. Despite the fact that there is a road nearby, the house was quiet. Very large rooms. The kitchen contains everything you need. Elena and her husband were very pleasant hosts and answered all questions. We stayed as a family with three children and were very pleased with our stay in this house.

Extremely friendly staff giving us a warm welcome, the diner was from top quality against moderate costs. The room was small but had all the necessary what you need after a long day on a motorbike, besides that the costs was real value for money. Its been ages we had such a pleasant stay.

🇺🇸 🇮🇹 Absolutely wonderful! The service fabulous and the staff so kind and accommodating. Rooms clean, spotless. The vintage style of the hotel, beautiful. Food and especially breakfast, abundant and delicious! I recommend it as an excellent choice for a comfy stay in the panoramic and scenic view of the Bolognese Apennines!

The rooms and the house are cosy and tidy. The room had the largest shower space and the best soundproofing we experienced on our vacation in Italy. The view down into the valley was amazing. There was plenty of free parking space as well as a nice restaurant just next door. The hotel and the restaurant are part of the same complex and the check-in is actually in the restaurant, not the hotel.

The owner Massimo welcome us generously and make us feel at home. Room was spacious, very clean and super comfortable. The diner, as the breakfast at the restaurant of the hotel was really good. The view from the room was phenomenal.

There is not much choice for breakfast, but what is available is of good quality. We were happy with the hotel's own restaurant and dinner was very good. The area is quiet and very cosy.
