We were very warmly welcomed and the private onsen was fantastic. Its a traditional place with shared bothrooms, but the rooms themselves are very private and its a really relaxing and economic place to stay.

Front Desk staff was utterly accommodating during our short stay on Nov 28/29. They made a strong impression on us! We were also impressed by how quiet this stay was. A stone's throw from the train/bus station, but you sure didn't hear that from inside. Quiet and cozy, and in a new building. We liked this stay very much.

This is truly such a beautiful hotel! Especially the spa is the highlight, offering stunning views of Atami and the sea. There’s literally everything in the hotel one could need: shops for souvenirs and food, restaurants, a pudding shop etc. I would definitely love to stay here again one day!

1. service: Our flight delayed a lot, but the night shift front desk waited us and treated us nicely. Truly appreciate that. And they reply requests very fast, awesome! 2. room: the room we stayed was huge, the onsen was private so you could enjoy it anytime. I liked tabi they provided. 3. locations: Though hotel was hard to walk to arrive, but took taxi wasn’t expensive, about 770 yen. Convenient stores were nearby, good.

Absolutely loved this hotel! The room was perfectly equipped, the beds were comfy and the outdoor bath a true delight. The walk up there can be difficult since it is quite steep and we had our baggage with us, but a taxi there didn't cost much. The staff was very kind, they even prepared a translation of the key points to Spanish, they really made us feel at home.
