Lovely cosy apartment. Great size for a family (2 adults + 2 children). Comfortable beds, great bath and shower, laundry facilities, living space and air con in living area and bedroom. Well equipped kitchen and great parking spot. Communication with the host was great. Very responsive and clear information provided prior to check in. Convenient store was 5 mins drive away and a few restaurants within quick drive distance. Recommend this apartment if you’re looking for a quiet and private place in Onna. It is located on the 3rd floor with no lift, but the stairs were no issue at all.

The rooms are huge, clean and modern. Parking is free in the garage. The private jacuzzi was one of the biggest reasons I picked the hotel and we used it every day with the complimentary bath salt while looking out to the beach and the sea. The breakfast is very good, a Chinese style buffet using local ingredients. If you don't make up for breakfast you can use your meal ticket for lunch instead, but pay an extra 500 yen per person. The lunch buffet was a little nicer anyway so we did that twice. Overall we have no complaints. It was our honeymoon and it was very relaxing and the staff was welcoming and professional. I would go there again

Super clean and nice hotel with full amenities provided. The breakfast was super amazing!! We love the varieties and good service from the hotel staff. Will write a personal commendation to two individuals who went way and beyond to help us on our luggage issues with yamato. These are 2 individuals are Mr Mitsuru Hukutomi-san and Hayato-San. We have sent two postcards to them both to thank them for helping us.
