Everything! This hotel is just amazing. We were on 5 weeks holiday in Hong Kong, Okinawa, Tokyo, Osaka, Busan, Seoul and back to Hong Kong and stayed in lots of different hotels - this was by far the very best hotel on this trip. The staff are quite young and very helpful and nice. The facilities are amazing, both in the rooms but also public areas and facilities for the guests. Great areas to hang out outside your hotel room. Every little detail from slippers, kettle, cups, hair dryer etc. have this little extra quality level. The rooms are also very spacious. Our room for 2 adults and 2 kids were amazing. It also helped us to have this kind big sized flat/room during typhoon and look down. The hotel provided necessary stuff in the lobby during this typhoon. There are food trucks right outside and the swimming pool was amazing. We plan to come back to this hotel one day - all the way from Norway! The only thing that was a little bit simple was the menu and food options at the hotel. At the same time it’s several places to eat right outside de the hotel so it dosent really matter + the fact that you ah ether opertunity to eat at a nice big table in your room. All in all we highly recommend this hotel!

The room is huge and its beside the beach. I can heard the wave sounds very relaxing, its fit for someone who love quite place. I love the experiwnce I had for 6 nights with my husband here, he also loved the place. Thanks for the wonderful experience!

The location is ideal for a complete get-away, far from the hustle and bustle with all rooms facing the ocean. Hotel is within walking distance to a number of beaches. There is a Lawson close by and convenient. The room is splendid - a mix of eastern and western. with a bedroom area and a tatami area. The Onzen is lovely and spacious. The hotel is incredibly clean and the staff take pride in being there. Everyone was very kind.

What an amazing luxurious resort to stay in. It was well worth every cent. The rooms are spacious with a balcony, and there are many amenities and facilities. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is gorgeous. There is a zip line, outdoor pool, indoor pool, spa, private beach with free towels, and you can rent several things like jetski's.

It’s private - private pool and almost private beach? The property is right next to the beach. The 2 bedroom suite was super spacious and well designed, a dream home away from home. You can see the property is very well maintained especially in Okinawa standard. If Halekunali Okinawa is the crown jewel in Okinawa, Umito Onnason is a hidden gem.

Palace in Moon Beach is like a place in paradise, designed to combine comfort with amazing natural beauty. We were met by few staff members who greeted us at the front door and made us feel welcome and comfortable. We were pleased to see our room have been upgraded to a room with sea view. To rest on the terrace looking at the beach and sea was the perfect start and end of our days in Okinawa. All staff were friendly and polite and supported us with everything we needed. Thank you 🤩

Beautiful architecture and the beach!

The location of the resort is very good. There is 7 eleven opposite the resorts. There are not many 7 eleven or Family mart in Onna village so having one right opposite the resort is a luxury. You cannot expect them to provide 5 star hotel service due to the low cost. But it is enough to give you a comfortable stay.

We had accidentally booked the wrong type of room and were actually hoping for one with a full sea view. When we asked to change it, the hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They showed us the new room before confirming the change, and we really appreciated that. We paid the difference, but it was absolutely worth it—the view was breathtaking and really enhanced our stay. The entire hotel was wonderful, and the staff’s friendliness and professionalism made our experience even more special. Another great point is that you can reach several restaurants on foot in about 10–15 minutes, and the hotel also offers free transportation to and from nearby restaurants if you prefer not to walk. That was super convenient and thoughtful!

The picture posted in booking is true to reality. Very nice seaview. However, there is no sunset view due to the house direction. But the seaview is good enough, every single morning when we woke up, the sea is there to greet us :) Just becareful and draw the curtain when using the bath tub as people at balcony would be able to view the bath tub. Good to note that even bath tub has seaview. Fully equipped with washing machine, clothes hanger, pots , stove, mircowave and toothbrushes, towels, shampoo, shaver and many more. Oh yes, the room is clean and there is lift to the room. Even the lift and room has an aroma smell as if you were in a resort.
