The children loved the view on Osaka Bay from the hotel (room was at the 24th floor). Big and very comfortable room. Well located near Osaka Airport. We appreciated the free shuttle bus to the airport. The restaurants also offer an amazing view (52th or 53th floor)! Everything was great.

It was my first day in Japan. The hotel staff, especially the manager (she), was wonderful. They helped me with everything and treated me very well. I felt welcome and well taken care of. My rating is the highest possible: 100%. Another positive aspect of the hotel is its proximity to a train station, convenience store, pharmacy... I am very satisfied with my stay.

We had a very nice stay with a toddler and it was really great. The host picked us up from the airport and was very forthcoming and Lovely. The communications has been superb! I would definitely recommend it and if we fly in again over Osaka, I will stay there again.
