Top notch, great stay. The manager is very kind. Highly recommend. They have shuttle to the airport as well for about 400 yen per person.

good experience in hotel room

Micheal the owner and Alison who looked after us were very knowledgeable about the area and what to do. Nothing was toʻ much trouble even sourcing a sofa bed (for a small fee) after we found the floor a little uncomfortable for 2 older people.

The hotel is good, value for money. The only issue is the difficulty to reach there. No other option other than taking private taxi.

Breakfast was great, room was clean and modern. Staff went above and beyond and were so lovely. Special mention for Kanehara-San and all members of staff from start to finish. It was such a wonderful experience staying there.

We had a short stay at the hotel on our journey from Japan to Hong Kong. The room was spacious and immaculately clean, gowns and toiletries were provided.

Before heading home from Osaka , always stay here for bit relax , shopping at rinku factory outlet, nice view from our corner family room , big window glasses can see ocean, city sky line, sunrise and night view. Beautiful view. location is perfect just right there for train to airport and last minute shopping. The breakfast oh la la…. One of the best . Love everything even the ice cream on my pancake, the salads, the Japanese curry , the chef who cooked the eggs (Japanese style omelette) perfect omelette. And everything. They have free airport transfer by bus as well make sure to register the time . It’s limited. There is convenience store on site. ❤️🙏 to all the teams …..

The hotel staff wrote a birthday greetings for my partner and left in our bed . We also have the best view of the sea . I love the breakfast and the accomodating smile from staff

Room has a table, comfortable mattres, new furniture, great onsen in hotel, big library with comics, a store is near. Very nice minimalistic design.

Inside airport no need to go out so very convenient to short break before continuing my trip. Also hotel managed to respond on time to my last minute change in schedule due to delay in my flight so much appreciated.

Room is slightly bigger than all the normal rooms I had stayed in Japan. Rinku premium outlet is just across the road - shop, back to hotel to drop, shop again. Staffs are polite and helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay! The garden was stunning with its autumn colors, and our tatami room was so spacious, clean, and quiet. The staff were incredibly kind, and the shuttle service made everything so easy. Having breakfast with that amazing view was the perfect start to each day. Such great value for an awesome experience—highly recommend!
