We stayed in a junior suite that faced the water and had the most spectacular sunsets at night. I think it would be a very hot room in the high of summer, but that’s what A/C is for! The room we had was very spacious, the two beds were queens and the bathtub with a view was to die for! The buffet bfast was worth the 20,000 yen, as it had loads of variety. The location of this hotel is the best, right on the promenade, with good food choices galore all around you. The hotel rents out bikes for free ( first two hours ) and there is a long bike/ walking path along the water in both directions. We went whale watching while here and would recommend doing that in season. Parasailing from boats is a short walk away and tubing behind a jet ski is also available in the area. We should have rented a car but we forgot to get an international drivers license before we left home.

Great new hotel right beside the American Village. Walking distance from many restaurants and coffee shops. Huge bedroom. Beautiful infinity pool. Very friendly and helpful staff. Go to their sister hotel at Moon Beach were you have free access to a beautiful private beach and swimming pool. You can catch the public bus bus very easily to Moon Beach.

Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and felt brand new. The reception named Mei was incredibly friendly. The breakfast spread was superb with many varieties. One of the highlights was watching the fireworks from the rooftop pool area. The music performers were excellent, and the bar staff were just as great. The hotel's location in American Village was incredibly convenient, especially with a Lawson right next door for any quick needs.

Great hotel, clean, big room, right on the beach, and next to American Village with lots of places to eat. Friendly and helpful staff. We liked it so much after staying for two nights that came back for a few more. The breakfast is very good and fresh. Would definitely recommend.

Loved the spaciousness of the place, including the main area and the bathroom as well, with a washing machine to do the laundry. Snack machine and bike rental are good perks of the hotel. Late arrival was no problem for the staff, they could also help me with anything I requested.

We stayed three nights and that was enough for us. Beaches need more atmosphere, loungers, restaurants, shade etc. Also realised you need to hire a car cause America town and closes beaches got boring after three days.

The places I needed and wanted to go to were all within -20...

The places I needed and wanted to go to were all within -20 minutes from each other. The area is nice and walkable, some family marts and Lawsons on the way if you need to stop for a quick snack or need to pick something last minute. Many places to eat just put what you like on the gps and go. Be wary that not of the places will have parking available.

Relaxed calm atmosphere, contrary to adjacent American village. Lots of small local places with great food and bars. Great for surfers and divers and people who simply enjoy quiet vacation by the beach.

I expected a beach area with a south pacific vibe.

I expected a beach area with a south pacific vibe. Instead it was a theme park. We couldnt use the beach that the hotel overlooked because it was closed and had to walk 2 beaches over. Very disappointed.

Chatan is an ideal location for people visiting family...

Chatan is an ideal location for people visiting family members in the military. It's very close to most of the bases, and has a wide selection of hotels. There is public transportation, but It's very walkable (in most areas). We felt very safe walking around. The America Village there has lots of shops, restaurants and bars. There were three or four beaches that we saw.

Location is quite far from the airport.

Location is quite far from the airport. However the sunset is exceptional and the restaurants are on the beach so you can get an excellent view. American village sort of reminds me of a cross between Disney and Vegas.

i didnt know this is a resort. they also offer hostel, there are 4 beds in a room. many toilets and shower room. toothbrush and other free amenities can be found near the check in counter, i didn't see and the staff also didn't informed me, i only saw when i check out. the location is good, next to the busy street in american village. they also offer tuk tuk car tour but i didnt check it out. my bicycle was parked next to the shared bike area.

It was nice stay, so big room and nice balcony for good price. Nice staff - they helped me on phone how to come from airport to hotel :) Nice restaurant 150m away and close to sea. Little bit fare away from centrum but we know that - it was quick stay and unfortunetly rainy days but we definitly come again in this hotel and see Okinawa in sunny days! :)

The area is truly amazing, not too far away from Naha in car, and has something special in the architecture. Staff & Hotel facilities were absolutely perfect, sunset from the rooftop is stunning.
