Place was awesome 10 min walk to train and plenty of room.

A modern, clean, spacious hotel, in the 3rd-14floor, with inner yard for relaxing or playing chess, with a very good breakfast, with free drinks all day, plus small cake, cheese, cheese from 5pm-8pm, with spacious room, with slippers, yukata, toothbrush etc, fridge, all what you need. We stayed for 3 nights and it was very relaxing place

Out of 4 different stays during my trip I loved this hotel the most out of 4. It is clean and fresh, very friendly personal and always eager to help, although not all of them could communicate well in English but all did their best to help, their service impressed me the most. The room was more than enough for one person with the luggage. Coffee/tea downstairs and a good selection of toiletries. Good security system and they accept your luggage to store before and after check-in in a separate room which made me feel safe. Thank you for the care and the nice atmosphere created.

Good location！The staff was friendly and helpful. Very grateful they allowed luggage storage after check out. Can sleep very well ,for the bed is comfortable. Excellent for the price.

Our room was on the 26th floor. The view was breath taking. The location of the hotel is perfection : near commuting, near the center of Kobe. The staff is welcoming and helpful.

Located next to Sannomiya station, large bathtub, great views from the higher floors, the in-room massage chair, the extra amenities from reception and the focus on wellness - loved our stay in Kobe.

Great location, small park in front of the hotel, 15 minutes from Kobe Airport. Nice room, amenities including different kind of shampoos and conditioner and a bath robe. Good air condition. Good bath room. Comfortable bed. Calm room.

Very beautiful hotel, and good price. The location was perfect in Kobe. Also it is near a beautiful temple. The service was perfect on every aspect of the hotel, thanks to perfect educated staffs. The breakfast was wonderful with local and with other country’s foods. Sleeping quality was super (pillow, sheet, pyjamas).

The location is very good. 5 to 10 minutes to the main attractions.
