Although the apartment is not having a full modern refurbishment like other b&b, it's actually very comfortable and it is better than what is shown in the photo. The toliet is newly refurbished. We stayed this summer when the heat wave strikes and the air conditioner in both rooms are working very well. The living room is also big enough for us to pack 4 luggages concurrently on our last day of our trip. Owner seem to be just staying in another house nearby so they are flexible on the check in time. Nice owners! Thanks Nonaka again for helping to send our left over sketch book home!

The staff were absolutely incredible; we had to have our bags shipped down to Osaka due to smaller stops in Tokyo and Mt Fuji (too short to be able to guarantee the bags would arrive on time) which is a crazy distance. The ladies at the Information Centre were able to explain the process for this and even drew us a map to get to the shuttle bus to the train station and encouraged us to take a jacket and do a practice walk the night before. The tour we booked was also fantastic, and the food and local beer was great too. The room was incredible; it was so affordable for the space you're given and relaxing in the onsen overlooking the ballpark was an unforgettable experience, they even have snacks and a bar! Everyone we came across was so lovely, even other people staying were interested to hear about our trip as it's not a common place to find foreigners.

Close to transfer to airport. Very easy to navigate even though we have not travelled to Japan before. Friendly staff, very clean and quite. Pillow library was fantastic we chose comfortable pillows and had a sound night's sleep. Restaurant right next door.

This is the best place to stay in Chitose. The price also very reasonable with all complete facilities. The room very spacious with lot of space to park your big luggages. 7eleven store is next to the door. Really convenient. Taxi charges from hotel to airport is around 2000-2500yen only and takes around 10minutes to reach airport! Really recomended for those who want catch the flight in early morning

Good hotel for transiting. Nice onsen and Japanese style breakfast. Overall good price-quality. Room is small but super comfy and has all that you need. Had a flight the next day in the morning, everything went super well.
