Less than 10 minutes from Gotemba Premium Shopping Outlet. Ample parking. Clean, comfortable well laid out rooms . Nice bath facilities. Free supper of ramen in hot soup was nice touch to ensure a full stomach before bed, after a long day of shopping and then relaxation in the baths in the hotel. Also has a nice foot reflexology area with view of Mt Fuji though it was covered by fog on the day of our stay. Excellent value!

The view from the room was gorgeous. Looking at Mt. Fuji from the room was amazing. All of the staff were professional and the service was very good. The person who welcomed us was so heartful. Dinner and breakfast at the restaurant was creative and elegant. The restaurant staff service was very nice as well. They even celebrated my husband birthday. I had the massage service. The lady who performed was very professional. Although it was past business hours when I finished my treatment, she was very very nice.

Beautiful and unforgettable. We didn’t see Mount Fuji because it was cloudy, but we had the best sleep. It rained, and the dome tent felt cozy and warm. We did day trips during the day and enjoyed a delicious dinner in the evenings. Simply wonderful.
