Amazing staff, super clean a lot of extra free threats like night ramen, ice cream, drinks. Honestly I’ve never experience such a good customer treatment not even in 5 star hotels.

The great view as well as the helpful staff. Onsen was also amazing.

Best 3-star hotel that I remember. Location for Fuji climbing is just perfect. Clean as the thoughts of the baby.

Location (view): If you get a fuji-facing room from like the 5th floor up it's GORGEOUS. You can sometimes see the lights from the huts which makes the view that extra bit surreal. Rooms: They were tidy and compact with eco-efficient settings to ensure you are comfortable but not chewing up natural resources. Service: The onsen and common area were great, the smoking room was a little smaller compared to others but they have one at least for vaping. If you don't want your room cleaned daily which I was more than happy to switch up because a night on Mount Fuji wouldn't need room cleaning the next day. You can swap your cleaning for drink tokens which work with the in-house vending machine for alcohol or soft drinks. Hotel breakfast was delicious and free which worked really well.

Nice and quiet hotel. Bathtub is perfect to relax at the end of the day.

Lovely staff and good breakfast with clean rooms

We arrived on a very rainy day and were pleasantly surprised the next day when Mt Fuji showed itself in its full glory right from the window of our room. The hotel is a little outdated, but still had all the amenities and comforts. Breakfast was also very good. The location and the resort style cafes/restaurants were also a very pleasant surprise. Unfortunately we only stayed the night, wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel offers free shuttle from the train station, that was a bonus. Highly recommend people stay here and explore the area.

Our room view is excellent, we can see Mt Fuji clearly. There are plenty of car parking spaces, no need to worry even check in late. Check in is smooth and fast. Room is spacious and clean, we have everything we need. We can wash and dry our clothes in the room and washing capsules are provided. If you don't want to have breakfast inside hotel, there are many restaurants around which open early, eg. 7am. We like it very much.

Had a great stay at Hotel Kan-Raku in Gotemba. Clean, quiet and comfortable room, roof terrace with a nice view on Fujisan (when not too cloudy!), tasty breakfast and dinner, very kind staff, easy to walk to and from the train and bus station, convenience store and a few restaurants nearby.

Close to the train and bus station. Lots of restaurants around. The breakfast was great. Cheerful and helping staff.

From the architecture of the hotel to the food we ate everything was absolutely perfect. The room (604) was spectacular, and the rotenburo on the terrasse was exceptional. The view of Fujisan was breathtaking. A must do if you want to have an unforgettable experience in Japan.

Spacious rooms, great facilities and massage chairs in the rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Onsen facilities were great, very clean and enjoyed the sauna.

The hotel is situated in a very strategic location. We stayed in two rooms with a view of Mt. Fuji, and the scenery was truly remarkable. Although the rooms are compact, they are exceptionally clean. The breakfast was satisfactory. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Towels can be changed daily upon request. Free parking also available.

Located just across the road from the bus terminal and a Family mart store for all your needs on the ground floor.

Where shall I start, free on-site parking fantastic. Close to the large shopping outlets wonderful, located in an area which was quiet but close proximity to main city centre, we had a hire car so made travel extremely convenient. Rooms were very spacious, amenities were fantastic with vending machines with noodles and alcohol. Staff were extremely friendly, although the buffet breakfast didn’t have a large selection, it was extremely nice and good value. Bed was reasonably comfortable, and lastly the Mount Fuji view room!!! The Hotel can’t be blamed for any bad weather at all, but for the very small time we were able to take in the magnificent view of Mount Fuji made it one of the best hotels we stayed in to date!! So worth the upgrade just make sure you get a Fuji view room.

The location was great and the owner was really responsive and did they best to help.
