The breakfast was delicious. The staff and Front Desk were very helpful. They Went out their way to call For order Food for dinner for us because We arrived late in the hotel. The View of Mt. Fuji from our room was Magnificent. This is our 2nd time of stay and Will definitely come back. Also, It’s near to Gotemba Premium outlet. Just 1.3km.

Beautiful and unforgettable. We didn’t see Mount Fuji because it was cloudy, but we had the best sleep. It rained, and the dome tent felt cozy and warm. We did day trips during the day and enjoyed a delicious dinner in the evenings. Simply wonderful.

Lovely clean and tidy hotel. Breakfast was good. Nice onsen. Complimentary drinks on the evening were brilliant. The room was a good size. Shops nearby and bus depot has a free bus to shopping outlet. Near to mt Fuji and Fuji raceway museum.

Pictures of rooms looked clean and tidy, but rooms were better than expected. Good selection for breakfast, onsite onsen was lovely. Convenient location, 5 min walk from train station. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The outlets have always been raved about, but they're just high-end shopping outlets that you could find anywhere. It's not unique to Japan and was a bit of a waste of our time. Otherwise, Gotemba is the perfect area overlooking Fuji, and we love returning every year! Rembrandt Premium Hotel is by far the highlight for us with their meals and stay.

Everything about Gotemba is excellent and magical.

Everything about Gotemba is excellent and magical. Gotemba is one of the most significant epicenters for adventure and sightseeing in all of Japan. It is of course an exceptional gateway to hiking and adventuring on Mount Fuji using the Gotemba, Subashiri and Fujinomiya 5th Station traiheads. Hakone-Yumoto onsens/spas and Lake Ashi are also right in the area. Free shuttle buses offer a 20 minute ride straight to the Famous Gotemba Outlets if shopping for 15 hours is what you are in the mood for. Don't forget Odawara Castle just down the way or Fuji-Q and the Fuji Speedway just up the way, to name a few. Gotemba ROCKS! Mount Fuji and the Osunabashiri descending trail are really the #1 world class attraction among many. Furthermore, all the special local people who support all the vast Gotemba opportunities are the best and truly loved.

We came to Gotemba because we wanted a base from which to...

We came to Gotemba because we wanted a base from which to climb Fuji and the hotels offered an onsen which was far more reasonable that some of the other hotels in area. There is a bus that runs from the train station to the 5th station where you can start your climb - just make sure you exit the station on the right side! (left as you come up the stairs from the trains) Most useful if you've got a car otherwise I think I'd have stayed elsewhere

We found the hotel was easy to locate and noticed several...

We found the hotel was easy to locate and noticed several signs with the hotel and the distance (kilometers) to the hotel. Hotel parking area was conveniently located near the elevators and with good lighting. We found a great yakiniku place within a 10 min. drive from the hotel and saw many other options for places to eat. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful on explaining the hotel facilities. If we stayed for more than one night we would have been interested if there were places within walking distance of the hotel.

Lovely out of the way hotel focused on providing a magnificent view of Mount Fuji. Rooms had a balcony and were spacious and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a set menu and was different to what I would normally eat, but was delicious. Hotel has a courtesy bus that can pick you up from Gotemba station

The location is excellent cannot fault it next to the station and a shuttle to gotemba outlet . We have a view of Mount Fuji from our room however we only barely saw it at night . The staff were accomodating and the food for breakfast was good and different more vegetables than western food .
