This place was pretty convenient if you plan to go to the outlet and visit the onsen. The bus station was literally across the hotel and was about a 6 minute drive to the outlet. Onsen was clean and plus points for the free bowl of ramen and ice cream.

The room was amazing. It was spacious, clean and had everything you needed and more, it even had a jacuzzi bath! The hotel staff were really friendly and very helpful. We only stayed one night but wish we could have stayed longer.

The view from the room was gorgeous. Looking at Mt. Fuji from the room was amazing. All of the staff were professional and the service was very good. The person who welcomed us was so heartful. Dinner and breakfast at the restaurant was creative and elegant. The restaurant staff service was very nice as well. They even celebrated my husband birthday. I had the massage service. The lady who performed was very professional. Although it was past business hours when I finished my treatment, she was very very nice.
