Service were excellent , start are polite.

I'm giving it low points because of the circumstance. It wouldn't be where I would have stayed if there was affordable acommodation available in Kanazawa at the time. Had to catch a train which took time to get into Kanazawa it was in the middle of Golden week when all the prices in Japan is hiked up, it was the only room available at the time, decent but more expensive than I would expect to pay, yet affordable. It was the most expensive time to be in Japan when all of Japan is travelling and on holidays. The room is decent if you want to be in that area

I got an excellent room with many windows on a high floor, the room was well equipped, and the staff were really helpful. Plus it had free parking

The room was very comfortable, relatively spacious and well organized. Great location in the city center. Nice breakfast for a good price. Staff were also very kind and hospitable.

Quite new, but still traditional design elements. Comfy room (for Japanese standards good size), friendly staff, nice breakfast buffet. Nice Onsen!

Upon arrival, the staff were lovely. They gave us water, earplugs and lip cream samples. As a group of 3 friends, we got the family room and it was brilliant. There was a bunk bed and a double bed. All beds were of a decent size and the ladders to the top bunk were safe and sturdy. There was a little space to walk about in the room and a desk as well. The room was well equipped with robes, slippers, hairdryer and basic toiletries. There was not pyjamas provided but there was additional samples available downstairs. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Katamachi where you can find many interesting bars.

I had an excellent stay at this APA hotel in Kanazawa. it's in a perfect location located downtown yet still close to the historic parts of town and the famous garden. the rooftop onsen is actually a transcendental experience. looking out over the city, especially at night was very memorable.

Very cosy and super clean. Bed was super comfortable. The best was the possibility to go to the thermal spa anytime you want. 100% would recommend!

The hotel has free parking facility which was very convenient for us.
