A hidden gem in all of Hakone. We were welcomed by a modern adaptation of a traditional Japanese home. The hotel felt more like a home than a hotel facility, and all the automation around the bathrooms and lighting made everything ease in much easily. For us, everything was as clean as it gets. Spare towels were also provided, but the property is keen to help whenever needed. The balcony and garden made us enjoy early morning coffees and late night snacks in peace and silence. The double beds act more like one, and they are as comfortable as it gets. All of the appliances, from AC to the automated bathtub work perfectly, and the provided washing machine can come in handy. The neighborhood was very silent, as it is close to the end of the region. Being further away from the main areas is not a problem, as the famous Venetian Glass Museum ca be reached by foot in 20 minutes and there are plenty of bus connections available. Finally, the hotel provided numerous restaurant options nearby and the ones we tried were really great! The place is a must stay for couples, and we are looking forward to coming back to it in the future.

Beautiful hotel, conveniently located next to the bus stop. The room was very spacious and the private onsen an true highlight. Staff was super friendly and helpful - we forgot our earphones and they sent it to our next hotel immediately.

Brilliant hotel for motorsport enthusiasts as well as nature lovers. Many activities including Onsen to do at the hotel. They have good race simulator as well.

Quiet, comfortable, fantastic staff, woke up to and amazing view. Staff rang taxis for us twice. Free beverages including alcohol. Amenities were clean and fresh. Will definelty stay again if/when I am in Japan again
