Close to station and bus stop

The hotel can let me do early deposit my luggage when I arrived earlier. And they are kind enough to help me move my luggage to my room after the room got ready.

It was connected to the conference venue that I had to attend. It is also very close to the JR station. Everything was fine for me on this occasion.

Perfect location to explore Numazu and only 5 minutes from the train station. Beds were super comfortable. We had a view of Mt Fuji from our window.

We have booked two nights in Numazu, because it was cheap and it was easier to do one day trip from here (Kawaguchiko, Kawazu waterfalls, Hakone). It has a 24/7 reception, which was very important to us as we arrived little bit after midnight. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the anemities are excellent. Coffee for free available at the reception, there was also a shelf with hygiene stuff (hair rubber bands, shavers, hairbrushes, ear picks etc). There is a possibility of brekfast.

The service was great, and the room was wonderful. I was surprised to see it wasn’t a modular bath.

Great place to stay, very clean and great view to the city, staff was kind and I could comunicate in English very well, a lot of Love Love decoration that will be of the linking of fans. Easy access from Numazu Station, either walking or by bus.

Numazu Club was well worth the drive to Numazu just to stay there. I would not think of it as a hotel, nor an onsen, but rather a getaway. The rooms were modern, minimalistic and no small detail was missed. Expect personal interactions with friendly and attentive staff, from being greeted at the gate (car) to being checked in privately in your room. In our case the manager checked us in, as well as coming to check on us and other guests during breakfast and dinner. The breakfast and dinner in the teahouse should not be missed. It was exquisitely prepared and a sensation for all senses, do note that it is Japanese and Chinese fusion. You will be welcomed by locally produced treats and drinks, and definitely ask for turn down service to experience more local products. Our open-air bath added to the already tranquil and quiet atmosphere and I could sit on the balcony soaking up the sun for hours. There is not that much to do around Numazu, but if you like feeling at peace you won’t leave the accommodation anyway. There is a fish market with multiple sushi restaurants less than a 15min walk away, which we enjoyed for lunch.

Location is great, right beside Mishima station. Hotel was very nice and staff was excellent.

Spacious modern room with seating area. Comfortable beds and lovely linen. View of Fuji if weather is good. Well appointed bathroom. Yes sink is outside the bathroom but that’s a non-issue. Kettle with complimentary tea and coffee provided. Water replenished daily. Lovely bath amenities provided (facial wash, serum, lotion). Pyjamas and slippers and plentiful towels provided. Access to rooftop thermal pools. Located right at the train station.

The hotel is extremely close to Mishima JR Station, and there are several restaurants and bars around it. It is a good spot for you to take buses to other touristic locations in the region. The breakfast was really good, with a great variety of Japanese side dishes for you to have with rice and also several "ocidental" options.

I am impressed by how the hotel pays attention to small details and the room is thoughtfully designed to offer maximum convenience to its occupant. Location is superb with the train station within a 2min walk, with easy access to restaurants, convenience store and bus to Mishima skywalk.

Just outside of Numazu train station nort exit. Very neat and clean. 5 star facility. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants near by. Peaceful area. Great location. Strongly recommend to everyone.

Absolutely pleasant experience

I like how the cleanliness of the room and facilities. The breakfast was also good.

Great location close to the station. Showers were clean and although they were shared, they afforded a decent amount of privacy. The room was comfortable even with our large luggage. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and we even extended our stay an extra night.
