Staying here was such a special place. The host is so kind and welcoming, and you so quickly feel like you’re at home. The rooms are comfortable, and have everything you need. Not only are the homes they’re restoring beautiful, but they’re filled with so much character and so well decorated. I can’t recommend coming and staying here highly enough, where we feel like we have a family now.

Everything was good quality… down to the tea towels. The old store room was well converted with double glazed windows and thoughtful features. The communication with the owner was excellent. We were a little late arriving but the owner met us to show us around. We loved sitting outside looking at the night sky and stars in the evening. The shower was fabulous and the beds were comfy and warm.

I had a very comfortable stay at this accommodation! The space was clean and cute. We were pleased to have a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary cooking tools and dishes. It was also convenient that both a grocery store and a convenience store were close to the accommodation.

Very modern hotel in the town of Takachiho. Very clean and quiet, The size of the double room is bigger than those in the city, so this is greatly appreciated! We really had a long day exploring Aso/Takachiho and coming back to the hotel to rest was such a treat.
