It is a quiet area with plenty of parking space in front of the house. There is a supermarket nearby. We hadn't really explored the nearby area itself, but with a car it's easy to access everything on the island.

It's close to many interesting places, just few kilometers from really nice snorkeling spots and also a hike in the morning for the sunrise is worth it. There's a few good restaurants with low prices and really good food. Don't miss trying the taco rice. The accomodation was cheapest we could encounter in Japan, and the staff was very nice and friendly. I mean, you get a private room for such a low price, it's totally worth it. The only expensive thing is the transport....which gonna cost you an arm and a leg 😅 but people of Okinawa are very nice, I suggest you try hitchhiking, it's much faster and better than the bus.

The receptionist that checked us in was exceptionally lovely and all the staff really very helpful and nice. The room was great, spacious, spotlessly clean and loved the sauna-pool area. The location is perfect and would definitely recommend 100%
