the location is a little far from city center but is close to university. That being said, they can give you lifts to your desired destination.The room is very clean! and all the staff members are kind.The service is very good, especially Mr.Wu who works at the reception desk and was very helpful !!

The hotel was fantastic for what we needed, a work trip for a training camp. The free Wi-Fi was good. The staff very helpful. The facilities available were good too, such as the laundrette. Good value for money.

Location pretty good for those who visit Tsukuba University; the room is clean.

Location close to train station and bus terminal. Cozy room, "compact" but not tiny.

The rooms and bathrooms were exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The view of the farms and hills from the room was just spectacular in the mornings.

The location is excellent. The staff is very welcoming, warm and accommodative. We reached 2 hours late, at 11.30 pm in the night. The reception person welcomed us warmly so late in the night and told us how he was just waiting for us to check in.

There is a hot bath, but only for men. There is a welcome drink automat. Staff is nice. Internet works well, there is a vending machine in the lobby. It is easy walking distance from the station with the price including breakfast. I think it is good deal for the price.

This is a fantastic hotel !!Looks a bit worn on the outside - but room and facilities were excellent!! Fabulous complementary indoor and outdoor hot bath with separate men / women’s time. I had missed that it was "Japanese breakfast only" (i.e. with fish and amenities) but each morning I enjoyed the whole set - and I don't even like fish ;-)

Staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive to my needs (this is coming from someone who cannot speak any Japanese). The Inn has an excellent cosy vibe, accentuated by all the timber finishing to the lobby areas. And I loved the complimentary light breakfast provided everyday - they were excellently prepared, delicious, and the fact that they were slightly different each day meant i never got tired of having them each morning for my 7 day stay at the Inn. The soup and prepared dish were of particularly noteworthy. It was also extremely helpful that free bike hiring was available - which made travelling around Tsukuba significantly easier. With the bike, i was able to goto the International Congress Centre, Tsukuba Station, and Tsukuba Botanical Gardens all in short time.
