Location pretty good for those who visit Tsukuba University; the room is clean.

Staff was very accommodating and helpful with the check in process and parking situation.

Great place to stay in Tsukuba!

Very friendly, helpful staff. I stayed here for work and the amenities were more than sufficient for my needs. There is a hair dryer in the room and a kettle you can borrow for your stay. There is a washing machine and dryer on the top floor and you can buy a small quantity of laundry detergent from the front desk. There is no room service, but fresh towels are provided every day.

I appreciated everything. Indeed I had already visited this hotel, but I without breakfast. I missed it. This time I had also the breakfast. Both service, sober elegance (the real one) and top quality.

There is a hot bath, but only for men. There is a welcome drink automat. Staff is nice. Internet works well, there is a vending machine in the lobby. It is easy walking distance from the station with the price including breakfast. I think it is good deal for the price.

This is a fantastic hotel !!Looks a bit worn on the outside - but room and facilities were excellent!! Fabulous complementary indoor and outdoor hot bath with separate men / women’s time. Free ice cream and coffee, free parking, coffee machine. Lovely pyjamas.Great breakfast Bike rental. View of Tsukuba mountain from room - super value for price

Very good hotel in Tsukuba. Clean rooms.

Staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive to my needs (this is coming from someone who cannot speak any Japanese). The Inn has an excellent cosy vibe, accentuated by all the timber finishing to the lobby areas. And I loved the complimentary light breakfast provided everyday - they were excellently prepared, delicious, and the fact that they were slightly different each day meant i never got tired of having them each morning for my 7 day stay at the Inn. The soup and prepared dish were of particularly noteworthy. It was also extremely helpful that free bike hiring was available - which made travelling around Tsukuba significantly easier. With the bike, i was able to goto the International Congress Centre, Tsukuba Station, and Tsukuba Botanical Gardens all in short time.

The staff are friendly and helpful.
