We had an excellent stay at Japow KiichiGo. Everything was clean and tidy. The house was simple but very comfortable and very functional. Instructions were very clear and the property is easy to access, with ample parking space. We greatly appreciated that the heater and light were turned on when we arrived.

Very spacious house in a good location Only about 10 minutes to Rusutsu and 15 min to kyogoku hot springs. Good facilities and host very prompt with responses. No issues whatsoever

We had the pleasure of spending a night in this wonderful BnB, and from the very first moment we felt welcomed into a spotless and cozy place. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, with all the comforts we could need: two very comfortable beds, a spacious bathroom, and a perfectly functional shower. The design of the house was just as impressive — modern, warm, and very much in line with our taste, making us feel instantly at home. I must highlight the incredible cleanliness: I am usually not comfortable walking barefoot in most places, but here I had no hesitation at all. And last but not least, the hosts. Two truly kind, gentle, and caring people who not only spoke excellent English (which made communication so easy), but also took the time to share a lovely conversation with us — together with their adorable little dog who completely stole our hearts. Thank you so much for making our trip to Japan even more special. We will carry this memory with us. Love from Italy 🤍

It was clean and cozy. The staff was really nice and helpful. There’s a fridge, microwave to bring your own food. The common space was nice, a good place to hang out after a big day riding. The shuttles to the mountain work out really well and very handy. There’s all the convini walking distance. Was very lucky to have a great crew solo travelers as well and end up riding and having lots of fun

Even in summer, we could enjoy a very relaxing holiday there. Loved the corner room with a wide view. Also, if you walk enough, you can enjoy all the amusements and restaurants of the whole resort. Loved the fireworks! The kitchen comes with Russell Hobbs toaster, DeLonghi kettle and other fine brands' equipments and also with enough cling film, foil and paper towels. We went there by car so got enough foods beforehand at a local supermarket and a cheese factory.

We stayed in the newly renovated one-bedroom bilevel loft. The room was spacious and beautiful. Well-equipped with tea and coffee facilities. My children love to drink the mountain water from the special tap. Staff were friendly and helpful. We have 5% discount purchases from shops within Westin and 10% discount on dining. The food served at the Atrium was good quality. The ski slopes and activities area is only one monorail away, which makes it convenient yet less crowded than main resort area. Onsen was good too. We took the free shuttle bus from Sapporo to Rusutsu, the 2 hour ride was comfortable as well. We will be back again.

Liked most : having the shuttle to the ski area. Grand Cabin Rusutsu is a place to sleep. I skied the day, took an Onsen and showered in the hotel, ate at the hotel or across the road then took the 8pm shuttle back to GCR. If coming by bus, your drop off and pick up needs to be at GCR so you can use their shuttle. If you take a bus from the Kimobetsus town, you will have to walk 15 minutes. The CGR shuttle does not deviate from it's route.
