The room is fantastic for couples. It was spacious, warm, and quiet. The humidifier was great. The separation of the bath and WC is a nice layout. The kitchen has a full-sized fridge, microwave, and gas range so we could cook breakfast easily. There was a huge closet with a set of drawers. We could store our suitcases so they did not get in our way. It was easy to access the subway (3 minutes away) and the JR trains were only about a 10 minute walk away.

Location is excellent - a 5-6 minute walk from Kotoni Station, which in turn is only 2 stations away from Sapporo Station. The lobby lounge provides free coffee, tea and snacks, and has a very comforting ambience. Staff are friendly and helpful, and are available round the clock. Amenities are available for free at the lobby.

Free welcome bar, free onsen, handy coin laundry, fridge and huge tv screen inside the room. Very clean and quiet. Keyless access.

A very pleasant place in a quiet avenue. The room was very clean with plenty of amenities and a a private bathroom. The owner is also very nice and accomodant.

The only aspect of this hotel I was happy with was it's proximity to public transport.

The hotel has Toyota Rental next to it, which makes it easy for car return. The room is comfortable and clean for a family of four, with one bed per family member and two toilets. The location is good and can walk to shopping areas for shopping and meals. The hotel is also one of the stops for airport shuttle. Excellent hotel!

beautiful building from the 70ies…great stuff, great onsen, best value for money

The staff are so friendly. The facilitate were pretty good. So close to the station. Rooms were spacious.

Just opposite of Hokudai entrance. The bed is very comfortable. Beware during winter since it’s a little further from the city grid. The snow accumulates very high. Free coffee at the working space area.

It was newly renovated, we stayed the week that they reopened. The room we had was spacious even for 4 adults. Spotlessly clean! room service didn't bothered us till we left our room and we came back to a very clean and freshly made up room. We didn't even need to ask for any assistance from the staff and everything in the room was well equipped. Location was nearer to entry of underground access than it seemed on the map. There's a Lawson and 7-Eleven in the next buildings. Loved the top quality shower head and hairdryer.

Extremely well located, an excellent price, extremely clean and comfortable. As a single traveler there for business for just two nights, it was excellent.

New spacious studio apartment with good washing drying machine and comfortable beds. Loved the high ceilings.

We love the spaciousness of this boutique hotel. Kids love the bunk beds, we love the interior, full kitchen amenities and especially a spacious separate place to do laundry. Staff greeted us readily whenever we walked into/out of hotel. Location is also 10mins walk from JR Sapporo west Gate station.
