Loved the kimono robe that you could wear around the hotel and to breakfast.. The onsens were great especially the outdoor private one that overlooked the water. . The free shuttle service was perfect for getting you to the ferry for Miyajima.and the train station. Staff were fantastic. Rooms were very clean and a nice size. Loved having the balcony to sit out on in the evenings.

娘と私（母）の二人で宿泊させていただきました。スタッフの方達はとてもプロフェッショナルなマナーでとても感心いたしました。外国籍のスタッフ皆さんとても上手に日本語を話されて、とても感じの良い接客をしていただきました。大浴場はとてもきれいで気持ち良かったです。コインランドリーもあり洗濯物を溜めずにすみました。朝食はお茶漬けのトッピングの種類が豊富で美味しく戴きました。次回帰国の際にも是非宿泊させて頂きたいです。ありがとうございました。
