This place is a gem. One of the best hotels we stayed at during our trip in Japan. The large rooms were comfortable. The view of the park from the sitting area was glorious. It was wonderful to have two ample connecting rooms for our family of 5. Yes, as others have mentioned, there are minor wear and tear blemishes as expected of an "old girl" but she is still splendid ("charm") and did not detract from the stay. The onsen was particularly wonderful with full service and towels which we didn't experience in another recent "onsen resort" stay. Staff were helpful and wonderfully warm. As others have said, having Family Mart in the hotel and the Lawsons next door was super handy. We never managed to catch the boat from the hotel into Huis Ten Bosch as it was always full but it was an easy walk into the adjacent park. We purchased our park tickets from Klook and were able to freely go back and forth, in and out of the park by allowing them to scan our QR codes. The park itself was fantastic fun and there were many, great food options within the park also. Parking was easy on site. A true highlight of our (2nd) trip in Japan!

It was right next to Huis Ten Bosch. So if you plan to visit the theme park. It is a great place to stay. Hotel also offer tonnes of facilities including spa, massage and onsen etc.

Very friendly and nice to have Tomoko serve us tea. The onsen access was amazing.

You can take the shuttle bus within the park to the Harbour Area and then walk for about two minutes to reach the hotel, which is extremely convenient. I stayed in a harbour-view suite this time, and the view from the window was wonderful. The room was incredibly spacious, and the sofa area beside the bed was very comfortable—enjoying a coffee and chatting there would be a real pleasure. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the food quality was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel to travellers who enjoy vintage-style accommodations, as well as to those who plan to leave the park by train the next day. The hotel also provides a special luggage delivery service: upon checkout, your luggage can be sent free of charge to the park entrance. This allows you to enjoy a full day in the park without returning to the hotel—simply pick up your luggage at the baggage counter when you’re ready to leave and catch the tram with ease. It’s an exceptionally thoughtful and well-designed service.

Amazing hotel in the heart of Huis Ten Bosch. You get free tickets for the park, which by the way is magical! It’s a beautiful hotel as well with big rooms and many many amenities. The breakfast is delicious. Don’t forget they have a shuttle bus, just let them know you have arrived. We didn’t know they did and it was very try confusing to find!

robot staff was fun but easily confused. location was nice. hotel restaurant was closed for unknown reasons but we went to the one in the next hotel. room was great
