Wonderful, calming space, on-site onsen, a very kind host who gave us a ride from the hotel and was also incredibly helpful as we arrived (he saw us coming down the slope and picked us up in his car). Highly recommended, wish we could have stayed longer.

The hotel was exceptional. The staff, the location, the lounge area, provision for smokers, laundry, breakfast was always a highlight. The onsen bath on our balcony was a real treat. The beds were incredibly comfortable. I didn't use the main onsen on the top floor but I was told that it was a beautiful space and incredibly clean. This hotel and the facilities are better than The Shangri-La at the Shard in London, UK

It was such a nice experience to stay at Tsuru Yoshikawa Onsen. The rooms are super comfortable and smartly decorated. We enjoyed the hospitality, the staff was very attentive to detail, and very friendly. They cared about us, even offering to take us to Cape Manazuru when we wanted to see it. I should also mention how tasty the breakfast was :) Thank you very much to all of you!
