Atenció del personal increïble, té un petit sento excepcional per relaxar-se, opcions per menjar a l'espai o portar-ne de fora (taules). No vam poder-nos quedar a esmorzar però tenia molt bona pinta. Sobretot no us deixeu guiar per les fotos, és un hotel fantàstic. Hi havia yokatas gratuïts per portar per l'hotel.

Al març plou tot el día però suau. Poble molt tancat al vespre, va costar trobar lloc per sopar. L'hotel està al final del poble i just abans del complexe de temples per anar al qual cal pujar a la muntanyeta. L, hotel està bé, senzill però molt correcte, millor del que esperaba. Vam agafar l'habitació tradicional per una nit. Ens va agradar l'experiencia però el cos no aguanta dues nits dormint en tatami jaja.

Al arribar ens va atendre un home gran molt atent i simpàtic. L'hotel és gran i les aigues termals estaban prou bé, tot i que la part de fora podria estar una mica mes decorada. L'onsen era gran i tenia molts productes per cuidar la pell i el cos. La nostra habitació era neta i el balcó tenia vistes al riu.

L'hotel té les habitacions d'estil japonès amb futons per terra molt còmodes. La mida dels espais és molt gran i et fa viure una experiència molt agradable. L'onsen és perfecte per relazar-se al final del dia. Bon esmorzar i sopar de bufet, amb tot el que es pot desitjar per menjar. Personal molt amable.

La ubicació. Està bastant a prop de l'estació i del centre de Nikko. El llit era confortable. Es poden deixar les maletes quan arribes al dematí, encara que el check-in sigui a les 15 hores.
