Atenció del personal increïble, té un petit sento excepcional per relaxar-se, opcions per menjar a l'espai o portar-ne de fora (taules). No vam poder-nos quedar a esmorzar però tenia molt bona pinta. Sobretot no us deixeu guiar per les fotos, és un hotel fantàstic. Hi havia yokatas gratuïts per portar per l'hotel.

L'hotel té les habitacions d'estil japonès amb futons per terra molt còmodes. La mida dels espais és molt gran i et fa viure una experiència molt agradable. L'onsen és perfecte per relazar-se al final del dia. Bon esmorzar i sopar de bufet, amb tot el que es pot desitjar per menjar. Personal molt amable.
