Room 801 is amazing, directly opposite the lake. Staff are extremely polite and accommodating, google translate is your friend. Make sure to take breakfast if you like seafood - it's an experience - and turn up in your kimono (provided). The onsen is amazing and felt like a private onsen, open from early morning until 11pm.

Staff are lovely, the room was very big and comfortable and there was a lot to do nearby. The hotel is in a beautiful location right on the water. It looks brand new inside. Our room was even nicer than the room photos on booking.com. Plenty of parking right outside. The cafe is not open every day but it is not far to the shops. It was quiet and peaceful.
