We stayed for two nights to explore the local area. It was very comfortable and spacious with a modern design. Great view out over the bay towards the sunset, including from the bath. Breakfast and dinner at the associated restaurant excellent. Recommend walk along seafront to Shiroyama Park and beyond and fresh local seafood lunch at Umikara.

Very convenient stay, comfortable bed and nice room with beautiful view, available washing machines, great onsen and affordable hotel restaurant. Many extra items available on request to make your stay even better (memory foam pillows, extra clothes hangers, …). Family mart 24/7 and drug store about 200m from the hotel, another food supermarket max 10 min walk, about 8min walk to the beautiful beach.

The family is very friendly and cute. The house is just awesome and I strongly suggest to take the diner and breakfast because the food is simply delicious. I could even tried a real kendo outfit and met one of the daughter from Okinawa with her lovely newborn. We had great chat and we tried dishes I didn't existed. They're also very generous. We had to leave very early in the morning, so they got up to make us small bento box for the road. I strongly recommend.

It's an opulent place inside. So for the price I paid, it was exceptional value for money. The breakfast was fabulous, too. And the staff were very pleasant and very helpful.

Truly amazing house in a newly renovated traditional house in the middle of a small village deep in the countryside. Every thing is brand new and top-notch, including a sauna, outside bath and indoor bath. The beddings were super soft and the host gave us detailed information when we arrived. Quite close to the traditional kayabuki no Sato village by car.

It was so amazing to stay here! The owners were so friendly and caring. They gave us many local tips, offered daily cleaning, new amenities, and fresh towels. The house is beautiful, very well equipped, and everything is brand new. The house is located in the old district of Obama and close to many amazing restaurants and of course the beach promenade. We loved our time here and regret not staying longer.

Absolutely amazing - EVERYTHING! The host was extremely friendly, spoke well English and explained a lot about the place and the concept as well as giving local recommendations. She even came down in the morning to bring and cook breakfast for us. The way they renovated those old houses so properly, making it modern but keeping the old features and structures intact is just beautiful. Apart from that the location was comfortable and quiet, making it a perfect place to relax and wind down.
