The friendly staff, the cleanliness, the convenience. The fact that it was so close to the station and it helped cause it was a great help especially when I landed at Kansai to get to the hotel and back to Kobe International. Great value for money especially since I stayed there for 7 nights. Lots of convenience stores within walking distance, restaurants, izakayas, whole food shop close by.

I liked the cleanliness of the property as the room was cleaned each day, with the receptionist calling each morning to ask what time I would like the room to be cleaned. I also liked the array of free items by reception such as hygiene necessities and even tea bags. There was also a vending machine for both non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks and the option to buy convenience food such as noodles. The hotel was also in a very convenient location, with convenience stores like Lawson and Familymart, a drugstore and restaurants nearby. There was also a metro station nearby.

Located directly above Shin Osaka Station, very convenient and easily accessible to catch the shinkansen and Osaka Metro. Lots of food catering options as well. Though the room is quite small it’s comfortable and has all the amenities. Staff is very helpful even all check ins & check outs have now dobe through the machines.

The hotel is pretty close to the station, although you still need to walk about 8 min. The hotel is newly refurbished so the hallways, beds, bathroom amenities, etc were brand new. The front desk staff were very kind. The room had blinds for the windows so you could get a good night sleep in complete darkness. It was in a quiet area.

It's near to Kadoma-Shi Station and very convenient.

The bed was a little to hard for me, thats most beds in the hotels throughout Japan, but apart from that I enjoyed my stay here. Staff are super friendly and helpful, just be ready to have google translate ready.

We love this hotel. And have stayed here several times when visiting Osaka.
