Amazing host dedicated to a good experience for his guests. Some other reviews make it sound like the place is dirty or falling apart, I found it to be clean and full of character and charm. Very glad we stayed.

What a lovely place to stay! The staff is super friendly en helpful. The room is a little outdated, but it’s clean and spacious. Good price / quality rating (especially if you compare to the other hotels nearby). The onsen is so nice after a day of hiking. You feel really welcome as a guest to stay in this positive vibe hotel.

Great location right on the lake with views of Nakajima Island. Easy to follow self-check-in with vending machines available in the reception area. The room felt warm on arrival and had a very cosy cabin feeling with clean facilities and very comfortable beds. The room also came with a washer/dryer machine for our laundry.

We had an amazing stay at the place. The hosts were charming and made us feel at home. The hostess made us an amazing ramen soup for dinner and the breakfast was also excellent. Highly recommended!
